It does though, because they believed, or at least sold to their audience they believed, that they were going to reveal a list of pedophiles or sex traffickers which of course everyone assumed existed because of the wild, decade-long misinformation campaign about this case. When probably all they found were scattered pieces of evidence, criminal complaints, court documents, deposition transcripts, electronic material that according to Patel are subject to special restrictions, which makes sense. It's not out of the ordinary to safeguard material involving witnesses of sex crimes.
And again I think if they are going to unseal and unredact everything, they should do it all at once, with no exceptions, because the Epstein puzzle cannot be completed with crucial info about alleged witnesses redacted, as the bill proposed by Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie allows, probably at the request of Bradley Edwards. I'm sure he and David Boies would like to redact those parts, but I don't trust them.

When? Your first article refutes the idea that Acosta heard Epstein "belonged to intelligence" as Vicky Ward sloppily reported. The House Oversight Committee transcript of the Acosta interview mostly rehashes old stuff presented in the 2020 OPR report, when Acosta denied the allegation under oath.

We now have proof that Epstein was working for Israel, at least part-time, and housing top Israeli intelligence agents in secret.
It is just foolish to claim that this point that Epstein wasn't an Intelligence Asset

i think venom is pointing out alex acosta denied saying that, which is fair. maybe he didn't say that, maybe he did and he lied under oath when he denied saying it. maybe vicky ward apparently miraculously guessed he was involved with israelis. there's quite a few self interested liars involved in this conspiracy, hard to tell when one of them is being honest and not. best to look at the supporting evidence.

There's tons of emails (15000%!) that totally exonerate Trump. But they're all on Hunter Biden's laptop, which is missing. But which will be found! in two weeks. Then everything will be revealed that Trump is a million trillion squillion times innocent (and deserves another Nobel Prize and also, I don't know, how about the blue ribbon from Westminster Dog Show) and that Hillary Clinton was behind everything. Except the stuff Obama did. Also they're the same person. And the gold-painted foam on the walls is real, and so are Melania's tits and Trump's hair. In two weeks. All the proof.

The Great Zaganza if you are suggesting that he received the sentence he got in 2008 because of "intelligence ties", there's no evidence of that. Read the Palm Beach public records and the 2020 OPR report. There were many circumstances at the time that explain why he got a relatively lenient sentence, though I don't think it was quite as outrageous as The Maimi Herald would later report.
Vicky Ward's source for that rumor was almost certainly Steve Bannon, because they were collaborating on a book about the Kushners at the time. That quote about Epstein belonging to intelligence and to "leave it alone", suggesting AG Acosta abandoned the federal charges against Epstein back in 2007 because he was an intelligence asset, would have had to go from Acosta to mystery person to Bannon to Ward, at the very least. And every Epstein chronicler and journalist uncritically ran with that one line rumor from a tabloid article.
Michael Wolff, the journalist who introduced Epstein to Bannon, describes Bannon as a constant gossiper and ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊. He spent years with both men.
