Important clarification:
The U.S. military has a long-standing partnership w/ Qatar, including today’s announced cooperation w/ F-15QA aircraft. However, to be clear, Qatar will not have their own base in the United States—nor anything like a base. We control the existing base, like we do with all partners.

Imagine that. China has a huge proportion of the world's rare earths production and they're prepared to flex that power in response to Trump's tariff war. And so Trump lost his ◊◊◊◊ and heaped another 100% tariff on them. But China already saw and understand about TACO, and China has a totalitarian state's pain threshold when it comes to this sort of test of endurance. They know Trump will blink long before they have to.

Soooo many data points on the "Stupid Or Insane?" scatterchart gameboard these days! Looking like just a big ol' blob of awfulness, which fits neatly with Trump's appearance as well!
