Tell me you've never stayed at a Trump property without telling me.Perhaps the truck self-destructed out of revulsion due to proximity to a crappy Trump hotel?
Copycat, maybe. From the look of the explosion, I doubt it was the fault of the clustertruck. To me this looks like some sort of planned attack. Carrying around a large amount of flammable liquids and fireworks and then parking right in front of the doors to the hotel just makes it looks like a deliberate action to me. Far to early to know for certain though.
I'm not sure if its been mentioned but the truck was rented through the same car share app that the F150 in New Orleans was rented through. I wonder if there's a connection? Time will tell.
Yeah or maybe just another deranged fool who wanted to be the first of the year but slept in.Copycat, maybe.

Naphtha is plenty explosive. It's a pure hydrocarbon distillate distinguished from gasoline largely by the absence of additives, which allow it to burn cleaner and to be less toxic. It’s a hotel with “TRUMP” on the facade and probably 2/3 of all surfaces inside. That ipso facto makes it a dive.Tell me you've never stayed at a Trump property without telling me.

The driver was killed and seven people were injured, police said without naming any of the individuals involved. Officials said all injuries were minor.
The New Orleans mass murderer may have been a copycat - 2024 Magdeburg car attack (Wiki) - but the Las Vegas case is different in every way except for how the truck was rented.Copycat, maybe.
Christmas markets have previously been targeted by vehicle-ramming attacks, such as the 2016 attack in Berlin. That attack, perpetrated by the Islamic State, killed 12 people and injured 56 others. Minister of the interior and community Nancy Faeser said in November 2024 that there were no "concrete" threats to Christmas markets, but that it was wise to maintain vigilance.
Of course all his fanboys are agreeing. The evil knuckleheads picked the wrong vehicle for a terrorist attack. Cybertruck actually contained the explosion and directed the blast upwards.
Not even the glass doors of the lobby were broken
