Bovino admitted they profile by "looks."Imar is a liar and ICE don't racially profile apparently

@DHSgov
ICE has absolutely ZERO record of its officers or agents pulling over Congresswoman Omar’s son.
With no evidence, it is shameful that Congresswoman Omar would level accusations to demonize ICE as part of a PR stunt.
Allegations that ICE engages in ‘racial profiling’ are disgusting, reckless and categorically FALSE. What makes someone a target for immigration enforcement is if they are illegally in the U.S.—NOT their skin color, race, or ethnicity. Under the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, DHS law enforcement uses “reasonable suspicion” to make arrests
But Dog Killer Noem assured us they weren't arresting citizens. She was a US citizen. ICE told her, “No one is going to help you. You're all criminals.”
Thrown to the pavement, arrested, bruised and hospitalized. She was just driving to work - in case you thought your choices could keep you safe.
U.S. citizen Dayanne Figueroa was simply doing what you probably do every weekday: driving to work. She’s a 31-year-old paralegal who was born and raised in the United States. When her lane cleared, she honked and moved forward. That’s when an unmarked SUV swerved into her car and ICE agents surrounded her, guns drawn.
They threw her to the pavement and handcuffed her. She was placed in a van between two terrified men. And when she begged the masked agents to identify themselves, telling them that she was a U.S. citizen, they simply said:
“No one is going to help you. You’re all criminals.”
She was held for four hours. Vulnerable after recently undergoing kidney surgery, she was hospitalized for the bruising and urinary tract infection after her detention. That was just the beginning of her misery.
DHS decided to smear her publicly. Spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin called her an “agitator” “arrested for assault on a federal agent” - even though she wasn’t attempting to interact with federal agents at all. She was just trying to get to work.
How many U.S. citizens and legal residents like Dayanne have been swept up, detained, assaulted and traumatized in this crackdown? We may never know, but we know enough to understand that this is wrong - and that Secretary Noem’s claim that no U.S. citizens were detained is an outright lie.
Dayanne says, “I love my country very much. And I also love my culture and my community. And I have to protect both.”
She shouldn’t have to choose. She shouldn’t have been brutalized. And she sure as hell shouldn’t have been slandered by her own government for telling the truth about it
Funny, the cult did, too. Same cult who assured us Dump knew nothing about Project 2025. Weird. But Dog Killer Noem assured us they weren't arresting citizens.
Now now holding them accountable would be entirely unamerican. No, they are the scum of the earth. I hope, I almost pray, that one day, one fine day, somehow these useless sacks of ◊◊◊◊ will be held accountable.
But the supreme court said race and skin color are enough for reasonable suspicion so why are they bothering to obfuscate in such a transparent manner?Imar is a liar and ICE don't racially profile apparently

Sir Robert Peel's Policing Principles
Sir Robert Peel’s Policing Principles In 1829, Sir Robert Peel established the London Metropolitan Police Force. He became known as the “Father of Modern Policing,” and his commissioners established a list of policing principles that remain as crucial and urgent today as they were two centuries...lawenforcementactionpartnership.org
"The Trump administration plans to ramp up efforts to strip some naturalized Americans of their citizenship, according to internal guidance obtained by The New York Times, marking an aggressive new phase in President Trump’s immigration crackdown.
"The guidance, issued on Tuesday to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services field offices, asks that they “supply Office of Immigration Litigation with 100-200 denaturalization cases per month” in the 2026 fiscal year. If the cases are successful, it would represent a massive escalation of denaturalization in the modern era, experts said. By comparison, between 2017 and this year to date, there had been just over 120 cases filed, according to the Justice Department.
"Under federal law, people may be denaturalized only if they committed fraud while applying for citizenship, or in a few other narrow circumstances. But the Trump administration has shown a zeal for using every tool at its disposal to target legal and illegal immigrants, leading activists to warn that such a campaign could sweep up people who had made honest mistakes on their
citizenship paperwork and sow fear among law-abiding Americans."
"Officials say their actions will make the country safer and preserve the country’s values."
Pro-immigration advocates say this policy is designed to spread fear among the immigrant community.
“Imposing arbitrary numerical targets on denaturalization cases risks politicizing citizenship revocation,” said Sarah Pierce, a former U.S.C.I.S. official. “And requiring monthly quotas that are 10 times higher than the total annual number of denaturalizations in recent years turns a serious and rare tool into a blunt instrument and fuels unnecessary fear and uncertainty for the millions of naturalized Americans.”
"There are about 26 million naturalized Americans in the country, according to the Census Bureau. More than 800,000 new citizens were sworn in last year, most of whom were born in Mexico, India, the Philippines, the Dominican Republic or Vietnam, U.S.C.I.S. statistics show. Most people stripped of their citizenship revert to being legal permanent residents."
"Because the government must go through a challenging court process, denaturalization cases have been rare since the 1990s. A Bloomberg Law analysis found that denaturalization cases brought by the government since then peaked in 2018, when 90 criminal and civil cases were filed. “The Supreme Court has repeatedly stated that citizenship and naturalization are too precious and fundamental to our democracy for the government to take it away on their whim. Instead of wasting resources digging through Americans’ files, U.S.C.I.S. should do its job of processing applications, as Congress mandated,” said Amanda Baran, a former senior U.S.C.I.S. official in the Biden administration."
I've been to several naturalization ceremonies and they were always inspiring. The "new Americans" were always thrilled and full of pride. To have that put at risk of being taken away from them would be a tragedy!
I am aware of that; I phrased my comment badly, I meant something more like 'should learn from', or 'should adopt'.US police forces never operated under Peel's principles.
I notice one of those had FBI on his vest. Is it usual for FBI to be assisting ICE? I would have thought the FBI have better things to be doing.According to the comments it's her ien fault for not complying, interfering with law enforcement, being in the country. It's what we voted for.
BREAKING: Male ICE/Border Patrol agents used physical force to unlawfully detain a woman project manager on a private job site after she questioned their authority and refused to hand over ID.
In Amherst, NY, the woman is the project manager for a roofing company and was standing on the private property of an active job when agents entered the yard without a warrant. As she asked basic, lawful questions… including whether they had a warrant… and began filming, agents demanded her identification. She refused, which she is legally allowed to do in New York.
That refusal triggered an immediate escalation. A male agent ordered her to put her hands against a tree, pushed her into it, and began grabbing at her body and reaching toward her pockets while attempting to restrain her.
As this happened, she repeatedly asks, “What are you arresting me for?” The agents never answer. They continue using physical force without stating a charge, legal basis, or probable cause.
Refusing to provide ID is not a crime in New York. Filming federal agents is not a crime. Asking whether officers have a warrant is not a crime.
What is unlawful is entering private property without a judicial warrant, physically restraining someone without probable cause, attempting to search their person, and detaining them while refusing to state a reason.
This was not enforcement. It was retaliation. And when masked male federal agents feel empowered to shove a woman into a tree and put their hands on her for asserting her rights on her own job site, it exposes just how far beyond the law they believe they are operating
It isn't usual. The Regime has enlisted the FBI to assist the ghestapo (ICE).I notice one of those had FBI on his vest. Is it usual for FBI to be assisting ICE? I would have thought the FBI have better things to be doing.
But that would take thinking, and thinking's hard!I am aware of that; I phrased my comment badly, I meant something more like 'should learn from', or 'should adopt'.
People here should really learn to understand what I mean, not what I write!
Once the concierge SCOTUS rules against birthright citizenship, this ◊◊◊◊ will really ramp up.According to the comments the lawyer is telling lies, the judge is a radical, we aren't getting the fill story, anchor babies aren't real citizens and this is what I voted for.
ICE has kidnapped a U.S. citizen.
An immigration attorney, Victoria Slatton, has a client who was BORN IN MARYLAND, a U.S. BORN CITIZEN, and ICE took her into custody on December 16th.
That alone should terrify you.
But it gets worse.
Her legal team filed habeas corpus, the legal protection meant to stop the government from disappearing people.
A COURT GRANTED IT.
The judge issued an injunction stating she:
-CANNOT be deported.
-CANNOT be moved out of the jurisdiction.
Because she is a U.S. citizen. Born in America.
ICE ignored the court order.
Even after being given her valid U.S. birth certificate, ICE moved her anyway, transferring her to Louisiana, a location widely known as a final stop before deportation.
Let me say this again, because it should make your stomach drop:
THIS WOMAN WAS BORN IN THE UNITED STATES.
DHS is now:
-Ignoring a federal court order
-Holding a U.S. citizen
-Denying her access to her lawyer
Her attorney didn’t stop at a birth certificate. They provided:
-Immunization records
-Sworn affidavits from people present at her birth
- And has personally confirmation from the hospital that records of her birth exist
None of it mattered.
Despite overwhelming proof, DHS is still refusing to release her and is actively transporting a U.S. born citizen across state lines, in direct defiance of the court.
This is not “border security.”
This is not “law and order.”
This is the federal government deciding it can erase citizenship on a whim
Sounds like a test case for deporting Obama?According to the comments the lawyer is telling lies, the judge is a radical, we aren't getting the fill story, anchor babies aren't real citizens and this is what I voted for.

The Nazis had more style.Temu Gestapo. Little manchildren pretending to be Nazi stormtroopers to get over how they were beaten up in school (or were the ones doing the beating and know they can't do that anymore) and never got any girls.
Edit: typo.
Hugo Boss uniforms! The Nazis had more style.
The protesters in inflatable costumes have more style. The Nazis had more style.
Well, there wasn't much point in holding him after that.ICE WITHHELD MEDICAL CARE FROM A DIABETIC MAN. HE DIED. THEN THEY MARKED HIM AS “RELEASED.”
He might have got a green card. They had to prevent that. This is what happens when the government decides all immigrants are criminals.
Nenko Gantchev was 56 years old. He lived in Chicago for 30 years. He entered the U.S. legally on a student visa, had a work permit, paid taxes, owned a trucking company, and was married to a U.S. citizen. He was in the middle of his green card application through that marriage when ICE arrested him.
Not for a crime.
Not because he was dangerous.
But because he showed up to a USCIS interview
It's not even my country. I can't imagine how angry I'd be if it was.
Although I have a horrible feeling I might find out after the next General Election.
Not justification for failings resulting in his death.Uh oh
Our supersleuth at the JFC account failed to mention that Grantchev was ordered removed in January of 2023 and was arrested pursuant to a warrant of arrest then detained pending removal proceedings. Information that was made public days before JFC decided to manufacture that narrative.
I will admit though, moral panics are far more fun than facts.
Wow, brutal!Well then, he deserved to die in a for-profit prison where I'm sure he received the bestest medical care.
Yeah, this tracks.Wow, brutal!
Poor guy was so stressed out over being detained over his status that it killed him. If only there was some way he could have avoided that situation.
You have an amazing ability to post in ways that make you appear quite callous. Were you born with this ability, or do you have to work hard on it?Wow, brutal!
Poor guy was so stressed out over being detained over his status that it killed him. If only there was some way he could have avoided that situation.
A little hyperbole regarding this sordid affair is in order. Especially when it triggers cultists and fascists.Death sentence....that sounds like something the JFC account would write.
Ain't my democrats for sure.I wonder why your democrats didn't get around to abolishing the for profit prison system.
