Trump's promised ICE raids have begun

ICE raid granola bar factory—surround the building with guard dogs.

Agents detain every Hispanic looking employee—whether they are U.S. citizens or not—and let everyone else go.

"We feel terrorized, there is no explanation," said owners.

70 of the 150 people working were taken away in white vans—some had legal ID in their cars but weren’t allowed to get them.

The owners were shocked by the raid—because they are particularly diligent in hiring migrant workers.

The incident occurred at Nutrition Bar Confectioners plant in Cato, New York.

That stuff like this even has to be considered, shows just how far the US has fallen from its professed 'land of the free' stated ideals- and just how far down the road to fascism it has already gone under trump and the 'redcaps'...

While putting Mexican flag bumper stickers on your car to waste ICE's time might sound like helping out it is a bit inefficient. Its only one car after all.

Might I recommend walking around with a half dozen or so Mexican flag bumper stickers and placing them over any pro-Trump bumper stickers you see in the wild?

Over the course of ICE protest in Portland:

▪︎ School forced to close & move locations due to excessive tear gas along with other chemical munitions.

So the woman that called ICE on the visa holding Korean engineers building the plant in GA is running for office. Can't even make this up. Korea stood on business though and chartered a plane to get their people away from this circus. Now no one has jobs, the state lost that potential revenue and she ruined business relations with another COUNTRY. Hate never wins and racism doesn't pay the bills.

I cannot find a reputable source that says the plant will be permanently closed although it would not surprize me.

MAGA will simply blame the Koreans for lacking the honesty to follow through on their promises - those on the right will be considered completely blameless.

I've already seen a particularly vicious Drumpf troll who was convinced that the Koreans pulling their people home was proof of guilt on their part, ie that it proved they weren't legally in the US.

The worst thing is, it probably makes perfect sense in his head.
 
SCOTUS will allow ICE to detain people based on their race, language, accent, job. Wow.

Basically anyone with a foreign accent is now subject to arrest and they may get deported unless they can prove they are here legally.
