Look. Sentinel - no matter what you think about the
pope or the guards at the vatican, i know FOR SURE
that it´s not proven that the Nazis were involved in
the Reichtagsbrand - no matter how good they used
this event for their politics.

So please don´t compare this one to todays events.
Do your research.

I live in germany and i don´t know about cyclones
or something like that but i know about my german
history - so please explain your scenario to me.
Maybe i´m able to agree with you if you take the
time to build sentences that make sense to me.

Take the time to answer my question,

sincerely,
Oliver

Corn Dogs

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • oil or shortening for deep frying
  • 1 pound hot dogs, about 10, or use 1 pound of cocktail hot dogs
  • wooden skewers, popsicle sticks, or toothpicks for cocktail hot dogs
PREPARATION:

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, salt and chili powder. In another bowl, beat the eggs with milk and the 1/4 cup of oil. Stir egg and milk mixture into dry ingredients and whisk together until batter is smooth.

Heat oil in the deep fryer to 360°. Insert a wooden skewer or popsicle stick into each hot dog, to make a "handle" for the hot dogs. Holding the stick or skewer, dip each hot dog into batter, turning to coat thoroughly and evenly. Fry corn dogs in 2 or 3 batches, for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels or heavy brown paper.

I humbly suggest you take some time away from here Sentinel and come back when you can post in a calmer way.

It occurred to me that he's probably just trying to get banned. It's a slightly more noble way to end an argument, giving the poster the chance to say, "They just couldn't handle having me totally pwn all of their arguments, I'm just too awesome for them." I suppose once he's not here, he can go talk to his little club for CT folks only.

I´m sorry, Maccy but you should leave this to me if i am
about to report someone who´s trying to attack me.

However - i don´t care about personal attacks at all... ;)

It wasn't just you he was attacking and its still a breach of the forum rules.

I know - but i want him to calm down and to speak
in sentences that make sense to everyone in here...

suspended...

will the MLB story never be told?

In a way that makes any kind of sense at all?

Maybe he'll calm down a bit while he's suspended...

Yeah, that´s why i did not want to see him being suspended...
He lost his brother in there and i can understand that this is not
easy to him or to stay calm about this issue... :(

I don't believe he's talking about his brother, but about his metaphorical "brothers" in the FDNY.

The Auxiliary unit of the FDNY is actually a civil defense unit, not a New York City first responder unit, that started just before the US became involved in WWII. The concerns were that if the US went to war, many firefighters would leave the city underprotected, plus the city might be subject to bombing attacks. By December 7, 1941 (Pearl Harbor), there were 31,000 FDNY Auxiliary volunteers who drilled on Saturdays. The program was halted after the war but was restarted in 1951, when the threat of Soviet nuclear attack became a concern.

The FDNY Auxiliary consists of part-time volunteers who have training to be able to help in case of major disasters. I don't know if the status of the Auxiliary has changed since 9/11. Google "FDNY auxiliary" and almost all you find is a couple of historical mentions and a bunch of stuff about Sentinel (Paul Isaac). The two firefighters I spoke to at my local firehouse didn't know there was an auxiliary program.

My brother-in-law, an FDNY vet, told me as far as he knew there was no auxiliary program and he was on the job for 20 years.
