Cont: The Russian Invasion of Ukraine part 9

He's already given away the borders and NATO membership before the negotiations start.

What else is he prepared to give away?

Ukraine will just tell him to ◊◊◊◊ off.

I just don't know. CAN the US forbid a country to join NATO? Or can a majority of the rest of the Alliance tell Trump to stuff it?

Some country is going to have to step in to mediate ceasefire takes between the Ukraine side and the Russia/USA side.

Trump: President Putin wants to have peace now. And that's good. And he didn't want to have peace with Biden. You tell me why that is?

Reporter: Do you future in which Ukraine returns to its pre-2014 borders?

Trump: It certainly would seem to be unlikely. They took a lot of land and they fought for that land.

Reporter: The borders and the lack of NATO membership, ultimately these are both demands Russia has made. Is there not a danger of handing Russia a win?

Trump: Well I think if you look at the war, the way the war is going, you'll have to make your own determination

Reporter: Would you support Zelensky ceding territory to end the war?

Trump: He's gonna have to do what he has to do. But his poll numbers aren't particularly great to put it mildly.

Reporter: Do you view Ukraine as an equal member of this peace process?

Trump: Ummmm ... it's an interesting question. I think they have to make peace. That was not a good war to go into.

Reporter: Aren't you squeezing out President Zelensky from this process?

Trump: No, I don't think so, as long as he's there. But at some point you're gonna have to have elections too. You're gonna have to have an election.

" I think they have to make peace. That was not a good war to go into."

Like Ukraine started the war?
Exactly. The moron. If he was the badass his MAGAts think he is, he'd have told Putin to pack his army and go home or we'll step in and force him out. And what would Putin do if he did? Rattle his saber some more? Call his empty empty, everyone knows his army is shot. Act like the badass you want to pretend to be, Trump.
But no, Putin made him his pussy bitch again.
Now'd be a good time for Ukraine to take that bridge down once and for all, put Russia on it's heels for all the world to see.

How will they do that when they sold half of their weapons to Mexican gangs?

And how do they get to gaslight everyone into thinking that these are answers?

Capitulation and surrender. A quintessentially American tradition since Vietnam. I mean, who can remember anything about anything, or spare five seconds of brain power, enough to care about much other than "pass the syrup" at the local IHOP? Motto: Brrrrrp!

TBF retreat from Afghanistan will be hard to beat. But clearly Trump likes a challenge.
Hmm? May as well ask for a bit of clarification there. Biden's withdrawal from Afghanistan was rather well done, under the nasty circumstances at hand. Trump's "planned" withdrawal would have almost certainly been a ********, at last check. I think I'd raise the Kurds as more likely to inform Trump's Ukraine moves, either way. Trump rather literally disarmed the Kurds and then delivered them into the hands of those who desired to commit genocide against them, after all.

I heard it described at the time as "the best ◊◊◊◊ sandwich it was possible to make".
