However, as public servants working for a law enforcement agency, every employee at ICE is held to the highest standard of conduct. Should an investigation determine they have not adhered to those standards it will be addressed appropriately.”

The Department of Homeland Security later said he would go through a rehabilitation program for alcohol, but it was not immediately clear if he was back to work.

I wouldn't be surprised if he's already back on the job.

It's not as if being in a drunken rage would impede his effectiveness in the job. The kids need to toughen up and get used to the new world, and besides, ICE is about the alien vermin drinking our lifeblood, not not woke sissy stuff like "child welfare."
