Are you freakin' serious?
What do you think the insurance policies were for?
You do know that Lucky Larry and his two adult children met for breakfast every day at the tower restaurant. Larry was at the doctors and his children were running late.
I don't think Lucky Larry had any obligation to rebuild with the insurance money.
I would have expected you to counter with evidence that Larry made money, instead of asking a stupid question, making an irrelevant and purposefully loaded statement, and prefacing another statement with the immortal "I don't think" but that's just me.
Unless you think insurance companies regularly pay out claims when there's even a hint of fraud, or Larry did any better than break even, or you have ANY compelling evidence whatsoever that the man was somehow in on a plot to kill thousands of people so he could "make out like a bandit", then nobody really cares about what you think.
