Larry Silverstein explaining what he meant by 'pull it'

So why did Lucky Larry tell the story in the first place?

Better question; how could any answer to that question be relevant?

I like how you use the name "Lucky Larry" for a guy who actually lost a shedload of money.

The only reason I can think to call him lucky is that he was supposed to be at the building that morning, but his wife MADE him go see a doctor.

He not only lost money but several friends. People he knew for years died.

Takes a special person.

It saddens me this thread is still active :(
The base problem is that we of the debunker camp are split into two main camps plus a few minorities.

Camp 1 - probably the larger demographic - comprises those who enjoy pointing out the stupidity of truther OR troll claims;

Camp 2 - those like me who support the philosophy of "Ignore the Clowns"

For Camp 1 the sillier the topic the less effort it takes to pour ridicule on the clowns.

And us Camp 2 folk know we are outnumbered and caught in an ironic trap of our own making. Simply put if we post 'Stop feeding the trolls' in a thread we are feeding the trolls....

.....cornered. And no easy way out. :(

....and, as several members have said, this "pull it" thread must be the most idiotic bit of nonsense....

Indeed...you are very special for drawing such conclusions. If Larry died it would be suspicious for whoever the next surviving person in succession was. However, we do know that plenty of high power executives died that day.

But yeah...you're right. As we all know insurance companies readily pay out on fraud and murder. It's just good business.

How do you figure he lost money?

You might want to reread the thread. We've been over this. Perhaps, afterwards, you might consider scheduling an appointment with your physician and tell him or her about your memory troubles.

Are you freakin' serious? Wash, rinse, repeat indeed.

Are you freakin' serious?

What do you think the insurance policies were for?

You do know that Lucky Larry and his two adult children met for breakfast every day at the tower restaurant. Larry was at the doctors and his children were running late.

I don't think Lucky Larry had any obligation to rebuild with the insurance money.

What you think has no bearing on reality.

Have you ever made an insurance claim? I have and they didn't just write me a check but wanted estimates for the repairs and receipts for all money spent.
