Merged Due process in the US

We were always told that the USA had powerful checks and balances, that our non-codified constitution was inferior to the USA one - what happened?
That notion was proven wrong because it was based on the incorrect assumption that all three branches couldn't become corrupted by the same group of people at the same time.

So the picture of Luos Leon is the one that died 2019?
... we are on another page now, and if you are not responding to the post directly above you, it is considered pretty smart to direct a post.

The undated pic of some guy may or may not be Luis Leon. It may be from prior to 2019, and may or may not be taken in the US or Guatemala or Chile. What particular flavor of bull ◊◊◊◊ the photo is seems of little significance compared to the whole story being bull ◊◊◊◊.

If we needed any more evidence the USA is on a fascist road, this quote from the article is very strong evidence:

CBS said:
Tricia McLaughlin, a spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security, attacked Xinis for her decision.

"The fact this unhinged judge is trying to tell ICE they can't arrest an MS-13 gang member, indicted by a grand jury for human trafficking, and subject to immigration arrest under federal law is LAWLESS AND INSANE," she said in a statement.

The lies are staggering.

Once we are done with Trump, congress needs to pass a law that defines federal law enforcement better. They seem to be assuming that it is safe to arrest anyone with an accent and no green card on them.
It needs to say that ICE can detain you for only a limited time. Much less than 24 hours. To then prove that you are not a citizen or permanent resident. In fact the rules and law is ridiculously loose. Arresting people at their immigration hearing has to be blocked too.

Well of course the Trump administration wouldn't let some foreign born triple murder loose in the USA right? I mean they would insist on him serving out the sentence handed down by another country's courts right?

Could someone inside the US contact Boarder Control, I have a reliable tip about a multiple sex offender who'll be trying to re-enter the US via a private plane from Britain Tuesday/Wednesday this week. With that much notice they should be able to have him in El Salvadore befor his feet touch good wholesome American soil.

But he only killed foreigners abroad, and he was an (ex) US soldier at the time so that's OK.

And while we're at it, there should be a reiteration that if you are a US citizen, you are not required to carry papers! You may need a license to drive or a real ID to fly, but you need nothing to walk down the street. If they don't have a substantive reason to believe you're not a citizen, there is no proper reason for a challenge, and if challenged a response of "◊◊◊◊ you, I'm a citizen" should suffice. No matter how alien you look, if you're a citizen you need not carry any card of any color. It is not your duty to prove anything!

Yeah. 'You were not required to carry papers' would be a more accurate description.
If I lived in the USA today I'd carry ID wherever I went in case some American Gestapo stormtrooper came over going 'Ihre Papiren bitte!'. Heck, I'd even be tempted to carry a red fascist hat with me in my pocket that I could quickly don at the sight of a cop or anything resembling ICE thugs.

also

“There is no evidence before the Court that Abrego: has markings or tattoos showing gang affiliation; has working relationships with known MS-13 members; ever told any of the witnesses that he is a MS-13 member; or has ever been affiliated with any sort of gang activity… Based on the record before it, for the Court to find that Abrego is member of or in affiliation with MS-13, it would have to make so many inferences from the Government’s proffered evidence in its favor that such conclusion would border on fanciful,” Crenshaw wrote.

Does this mean then that Trump, Blondi, Noem and all of Fox "News" made ◊◊◊◊ up? Shocked, shocked I say.
