Crop circle debunking help needed

The simple answer is that it wasn't made in daylight, it just wasn't noticed until the daytime: http://www.circlemakers.org/la.html

And, for the record, there is one person who claims to have witnessed it: http://www.colinandrews.net/JuliaSetStory.html

It seems like everybody other than Colin Andrews and Lucy Pringles take this story as seriously as it deserves.

I need an aspirin, I swear I checked the makers site. I must've skimmed it, the slope of the land being downward, out of site really did explain it for me. I can't respect the makers though, I stated previously, it's a slap in the face of the hungry. It reminds me of those hot dog eating competitons. Someone ought to give them a starving ethiopian for a trophy. I wonder if there are any makers in China, 'cause god knows the area comparison to England would make China a more affordable canvas.

Surely the European grain surplus is more of a slap in the face to the starving people of the world? Europe produces more grains than it can consume or export for money, so the grain is bought by the EU, stored, then destroyed. This costs us all tax money and doesn't feed anyone. There are more than enough resources in the world to feed every human being on this planet.

I think you're directing your anger in the wrong direction, and it seems that you're doing so because the fact that crop circle makers exist makes what you want to believe to be true less and less likely.

Also, in most cases a crop circle can be harvested with only a slight adjustment to the combine harvester (lower the blades a few inches).
That is until the hoards of croppies turn up and trample the thing into the ground completely destroying the crop.

Those aliens are such immoral bastards, or is it only the human circle makers that you can't respect?

The aliens are showing us how to get our grain to produce more, and the human circle makers are trying to help the farmers by copying the method, but the darn farmers just don't get it.

Why not address this statement? the "julia set" I think its called. Was made across the street from Stone Henge .
I'm psychic!!! Yee-haaaah! MDC here I come!* (Tauri punches air in glee).

*Only one person here will get this... ;)

Though it was the 'alien script' that was added on the third night of construction that was the readable part ;)

The believer sites reeled me in on this stuff fer sure, I'm not totally convinced of whats what still, but I am now leaning alot more to disgusting rational of human hoaxsters. So have fun with me , at least I try to look and don't deny when I truly see the light. It wasn't long ago the cost of rice had the french in a panic. There's nothing to me that makes sense out of what the hoaxters are doing. I read the wonderful "why" on the makers site, with the the theatrical artistry descriptions, and it made me sicker. Also why hoax something then confess, doesn't it seem to be like "shooting ones self in the foot" so to say? The entire subject now just reaks to me.

You know that the crops that the people who make crop circles trample a) can still be harvested and b) are in such abundance that they are actually destroyed at cost to the taxpayer, but you still think them "disgusting" for wasting food? Again, it seems like your anger is somewhat misplaced, and that you're rationalising your anger about the case for alien visitation being less strong than you thought.

Incidentally, how is it shooting anyone in the foot to admit that humans are behind crop circles? The people who make crop circles aren't trying to fool anyone. They don't claim the circles are anything other than what they are, and they're often the people who help to debunk them when people get carried away. That the believers believe despite the evidence is down to the believers, not anybody else.

Everyone worries about the Costa Rica, but what can you do?

You see things; and you say, ‘Why?’ But I dream things that never were; and I say, ‘Why not?’

So what you're saying is that the alien chicken crossed the road* to make crop circles? It's all clear to me now. The message is, "We are hungry space-chickens. You have lovely farms. We can haz chikkin feed? kthxbai."

*Obviously "road" is used figuratively to mean "galaxies."

That's odd 'cause you were willing to give the aliens a free pass.

Wow! true believer to hoaxer hater in three easy lessons.

I suggest your hatred of the hoaxers has more to do with your embarrassment at being fooled than wasting food.

It was considered that the correct place to discuss pseudo-scientific nonsense was in the place it deserved to be discussed.

I'd say you'd be taken seriously if your studies were not so easily rebutted... regardless of where you published them.

If crop circles are made by aliens then why aren't they...alien?

^This.

Chucky old bean, no circle-maker, you know the ones that you called 'hoaxters', ever walked into a crop circle and tried to convince some tie-dye wearing creduloid that aliens made it. That honour goes to the so-called crop circle researchers, the ones who peddle books, DVDs, lectures, key-rings, crop circle essences and crop circle tours in order to make a fast buck. If you want to direct your ire in a more appropriate direction, I would recommend you point it towards these scammers.

The makers are selling instructional books, a book on the site that says they were offered money from intelligence agents , they say the book is part fiction , but hell, it's only 5 euros, I might could spring it if I didn't despise them. It's hard to see the truth of all what's happening here. In a review of the book , the author claims intelligence agents were even claiming something paranormal was involved. I'll decide who and why I dislike somebody using my own judgement, because one things for sure. Both are guilty of muddying the water.
