When I do a thread it is automatically moved to "Community". I don't bother any more.

The Cortana/Start Menu bug seems to be fixed by rebooting a few times then manually running Windows Updates.
What's the command to do that?
Go into Settings --> Update and Security --> Windows Update --> Check for Updates.
How do you get there if clicking on the Start menu causes the critical error?
