Wednesday Dinner

I'd like to join in the festivities and will have 3 or 4 seats available in my rental car.
 
I'd love to go too! I get in at 2:33 PM Wednesday, will be sharing a cab to the South Point with Kochanski and Library Lady. Not sure who all will be picking up checked luggage (besides me) but should be at the hotel fairly early.
 
Ok, looks like about 30-35 (figure 40 with extras)

As for cars, we have

Hutch (6 passengers)
Hoke (4 passengers)
hcmom & son (4 friendly passengers)
Geek Goddess & son (4 passengers)
cstyle (3 passengers)
dmac (3 passengers)

So about 30 people capacity, we're close but should be able to do it in one trip (one more driver would be nice--or maybe I need to rent that 19-pax van I got for this event last year...

Meet-up will be the Del-Mar Bar in South Point (if you don't know where that is, you'll learn very quickly) at 6:30PM. Maps will be provided.
 
I will make reservations for 40 for 7:30 at the 777 Brewery at the Main Street Station for Wednesday, 7 July. For those who are staying downtown or will be using alternative transportation options, the reservations will be under "James Randi". I may not be online that much once I get to Las Vegas, so if anyone needs my real life contact info, please PM me. For those who have my cell phone number from last year, that did change about 6 months ago, so please do not use that one.
 
If anyone going to this is into Letterboxing, I found one here so bring your trail bag!
 
Quick bump for any late readers.

Recommend meeting at the Del Mar Lounge about 6:45PM for a 7PM departure to meet the 7:30PM reservation.

Any Las Vegas-based drivers who'd like to help out driving would be appreciated.
 
While I am arriving in Vegas Wednesday, I am not sure what time I will arrive as I have to account for me taking too long to get ready to leave, and wanting to stop at every tourist trap in the desert on the way there.

But if I DO get there in time, I will will have my truck and can fit 2 other people in the cab.

When you follow TAMinfo, it will follow you back automatically, although it make take a couple hours to pick up your twitter ID
 
Just a last minute note, I got a 12-passenger Econoline Van for Wednesday, so any problems with transportation should be moot and Hoke won't have to make two trips or need a cab (I hope).
 
Just found this thread. Three of us are interested, and expect to have own transportation.
