Description:
### BEGIN CHANGE NOTICE ###
In response to *more and even better* feedback, I'd like to change at the last moment here to a more central location. Yaletown Pub at 1111 Mainland again, BUT the restaurant side instead of the pub side. Same pizza deals, beer deals, and they also have a magician.
I have invited as guests (waiting for confirmation) Barry Beyerstein of CSICOP. He has just returned from the CSICOP executive council's annual meeting. Hear details before the official report in Skeptical Inquirer!
I have also invited guests from the BC Ghost and Haunting Research Society to assist those who would like to learn more about the evidence presented for spiritualism, and how it is analyzed with a skeptical approach.
Please be kind to our guests!
### END CHANGE NOTICE ###
Discussion is open, but I have had a request to start with a theme question: "Is there evidence for a part of us that can exist without a physical body?"

: : Driving:
- The pub is downtown. The closest bridge is the Cambie, but if you're coming up the 99 (Granville St), take the Pacific exit one you're over the Granville St. bridge.
- Parking's a challenge downtown, but there are metered spaces everwhere. Watch for one-way streets. (Remember: in downtown vancouver, two wrongs don't make a right, but sometimes three lefts can.)
: : Public Transportation:
A few blocks from Granville Skytrain station. Granville, Davie, Beach and Cambie bus routes have stops close enough to only require walking a couple of blocks.
