Trump's Second Term

As of the close of the day on October 25 my positive/negative score on the Trump administration stands at -1,649.

25 October 2025
-1: Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy threatens to pull California’s ability to issue driving licences [876]
-1: Scott Bessent defends Trump’s rach decision to tear down the east wing of the White House [877]

References:
876. Sean Duffy: “I’m about to pull $160 million from California, and as we pull more money we also have the option of pulling California’s ability to issue commercial driver’s licenses.”

877. Welker: Why didn’t the president tell the public he was going to tear down the entire East Wing, which as you know is part of the people’s house?
Bessent: Well, I think this was a judgment call on the president. The president is a master builder. It could’ve been asbestos. It could’ve been mold.
24 October 2025
-1: Trump retaliates for Doug Ford’s tariff ads quoting Reagan with an additional 10% tariff [873]
-1: Headline: Pentagon orders aircraft carrier to Latin America as Trump signals escalation (Washington Post)
-1: Stephen Miller misrepresents the history of the White House’s east wing [874]
-1: Stephen Miller blames the left for “scarring the landscape with grotesque modern art that celebrates ugliness” [875]

References:
873. Trump: “Canada was caught, red handed, putting up a fraudulent advertisement on Ronald Reagan’s Speech on Tariffs. The Reagan Foundation said that they, “created an ad campaign using selective audio and video of President Ronald Reagan. The ad misrepresents the Presidential Radio Address,” and “did not seek nor receive permission to use and edit the remarks. The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute is reviewing its legal options in this matter.” The sole purpose of this FRAUD was Canada’s hope that the United States Supreme Court will come to their “rescue” on Tariffs that they have used for years to hurt the United States. Now the United States is able to defend itself against high and overbearing Canadian Tariffs (and those from the rest of the World as well!). Ronald Reagan LOVED Tariffs for purposes of National Security and the Economy, but Canada said he didn’t! Their Advertisement was to be taken down, IMMEDIATELY, but they let it run last night during the World Series, knowing that it was a FRAUD. Because of their serious misrepresentation of the facts, and hostile act, I am increasing the Tariff on Canada by 10% over and above what they are paying now. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

874. Miller: “The East Wing which is not part of The White House was a cheaply built add-on structure in the mid-20th century badly in need of refurbishment, repair, and renovation…”

875. Miller: “The scandal is how Democrats and the left scarred the landscape of our country w/grotesque so-called modern art that celebrates ugliness ... very importantly, President Trump is making sure it’s in the neo-classical design around which our nation’s architecture has long been directed”

As of the close of the day on October 26, my positive/negative score on the Trump administration stands at -1,655.

26 October 2025

-1: Trump writes a rant on Truth Social about the “rigged 2020 election”
-1: Trump believes he single-handedly saved the US automobile industry [878]
-1: Trump complains yet again about the broken escalator and teleprompter at his UN address [879]
-1: Trump continues to blame the problem economy on Joe Biden [880]
-1: Trump boasts about his “perfect” MRI scan [881]
-1: Trump insults Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez as “low IQ” and says she could not pass the cognitive tests he just did [882]
0: White House says Trump solved a war between Thailand and Cambodia (he helped, but not a war and not yet solved) [883]

References:
878. Trump: “What’s worse, the NBA Players cheating at cards, and probably much else, or the Democrats cheating on Elections. The 2020 Presidential Election, being Rigged and Stolen, is a far bigger SCANDAL. Look what happened to our Country when a Crooked Moron became our “President!” We now know everything. I hope the DOJ pursues this with as much “gusto” as befitting the biggest SCANDAL in American history! If not, it will happen again, including the upcoming Midterms. No mail-in or “Early” Voting, Yes to Voter ID! Watch how totally dishonest the California Prop Vote is! Millions of Ballots being “shipped.” GET SMART REPUBLICANS, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!!!”

879. Trump: “Do you know that if I weren’t elected president in my opinion every automobile company in the United States would be either bankrupt or very close to it, and instead they are hitting record highs. It’s all because of tariffs.”

880. Trump (in Malaysia): “United Nation should be doing this but they don’t do it. They turned off my teleprompter when I made a speech. They’re good at that. The escalator wasn’t working.”

878. Reporter: “Did you get an MRI?”
Trump: “I did. I got an MRI. It was perfect. Yeah… nobody has given you reports like I have given you. The doctors said some of the best reports they have ever seen.”

881. Trump: “The cattle people, they’ve done very very poorly. And now they’re doing well, but the price is up. So what I can see happening is we’re going to take some beef because I have to get the price down. I want to get the prices down like I did with eggs. That was Biden’s fault. A lot of this is Biden’s fault, too. And we’re going to get the price of beef down…”

882. Trump: “AOC is low IQ. If you give her an IQ test, have her pass like the exams that I decided to take when I was at Walter Reed. Those are very hard… They’re really aptitude tests, in a certain way, but they’re cognitive tests. Let AOC go against Trump.”

883. White House: “President Trump and Malaysia’s Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim hosted the Prime Ministers of Thailand and Cambodia for the signing of the ‘Kuala Lumpur Peace Accords’—a historic peace declaration.”

Everything is down more than everything else

Trump: Gasoline is way down. Inflation is way down. The biggest thing is inflation. The second biggest thing is energy. Energy is way down. What’s also down—gasoline. Also, the biggest thing is inflation and it’s way down.

Yes the inflations are way down. People are buying inflations with their groceries. Walmart is offering inflations for 25% less than last year! I'm going to re-do my attic inflation this weekend.

He was due for his monthly disappearing act around Nov. 5th. I suspect they pushed it back to the weekend because of the election.. but flying off to FL doesnt make sense unless he has a medical team there, too. Whatever condition he has, it looks like he's not managing it very well.

References:
883. Trump to troops: “Biden used to say he was a pilot. He was a pilot, he was a truck driver, whatever, whoever walked in. He wasn’t a pilot. He wasn’t much of a president either to be honest with you. That I can tell you. That we all know.”

884. Trump: “I am delighted to announce that as your sort of boss, I don’t feel like your boss, but I guess I am... we’re going to make sure that you receive the full amount that you were owed for the deployment. And we’re not going to deduct anything because you came in to listen to your commander—I’d like to be an admiral. I always wanted to be an admiral, to be honest.”

885. Trump: “They spent $900,093,000 on the catapults trying to get them to work. And they had steam, which worked so beautifully and it has for 50 years, right? So we’re gonna go back. Seriously fellas, I want to make that change. I’m gonna do an executive order.”

886. Trump: “They have magnets… Somebody decided to use magnets… I’m going to sign an executive order, when we build aircraft carriers, it’s steam for the catapults and hydraulics for the elevators. Do you agree? Everybody agrees.”

887. Trump: “I ended eight wars in eight months, the most of any president in history. No president that we know has ever ended any war.”

888. Trump: “25 million people poured into our country totally unvetted, totally unchecked. They came from prisons. They came from mental institutions and insane asylum. They were drug dealers. They were bad people.”

892. Trump: “But I said, ‘captain, you got to tell me something. I know a lot about these ships. I know a lot about these things. Building. I want to know catapults. Which is better, the electric or the steam?’”

893. Trump: “You take a little glass of water and you drop it on magnets. I don’t know what’s going to happen.”

894. Trump: “They’re spending billions of dollars to build stupid electric. And I love the sight of that beautiful steam pouring off that deck. But I like steam. We’re going to go back to steam.”

895. Mike Johnson: “They think the government can do a better job by taking over health care. We believe in the private sector and the free market and individual buyers.”

896. Mike Johnson: “Democrats are required to open the government. They keep saying, ‘Republicans are in charge of government.’ We aren’t!”

897. Mike Johnson: “Every executive action signed by the autopen without written authorization should be voided ... including all the pardons that he signed.”

As of the close of the day on October 28, my positive/negative score on the Trump administration stands at -1,681.

-1: Josh Hawley (Senate, R-MI) claims Biden was selling pardons for cash [906]
-1: Headline: White House fires arts commission expected to review Trump construction projects (Washington Post)

References:
898. Trump: “I said, ‘You can build your own electric generating sources,’ and honestly some of the people in this room, they’re building electric generators that are so far beyond anything that’s ever been built before. They’re using nuclear, they’re using oil and gas, they’re using coal as a backup.”

899. Trump: “We’re gonna go back to the way it used to be. When we announce good news, the stock markets are gonna go up. And that’s the way it should be. And we’re gonna really ride that very hard. When we announce good news, we’re not gonna have a Fed that’s gonna raise interest rates because they’re worried about inflation 3 years from now or something.”

900. Trump: “In nine months we had lifted over 600,000 Americans off food stamps, and meanwhile energy prices are down, gasoline prices are down, grocery prices are down…”

901. Trump: “The Democrats have caused the problem on food stamps… They’re all saying uh well they actually said Trump is doing an amazing job in this trip… we’re bringing back trillions of dollars. But they do want to meet with me when I get back. But I say get the economy open and we’ll meet.”

902. Mike Johnson: “This morning, Oversight Chairman James Comer released a BLOCKBUSTER report exposing the BIDEN AUTOPEN PRESIDENCY. The report includes 47 HOURS of transcripts and testimony revealing that NUMEROUS executive actions were signed by an autopen — without written authorization from President Biden himself — rendering them potentially INVALID. Biden’s inner circle manipulated his presidency, controlled his schedule, and used the autopen to hide his decline while advancing policies he may have never approved. This wasn’t leadership — it was a COVER-UP. The American people deserve answers.”

903. Bondi: My team has already initiated a review of the Biden administration’s reported use of autopen for pardons. Rep James Comer’s new information is extremely helpful, and his leadership on this issue is invaluable. We’ll continue working with GOP oversight to deliver accountability for the American people.”

904. Burgum: “There’s a whole industry that’s been weaponized to try to use regulatory attacks -- whether it’s endangered species, whether it’s the NEPA environmental protections -- to try to stop building infrastructure in this country.”

905. Tapper: “Reuters found the Trump organization’s income from the first half of this year shot from $51 million to $864 million, about $800 million of that is from crypto. And the story details how most of the buyers are foreign investors and all how all this money is going to belong to Trump when he leaves office. Is this something that you’re going to look into at all?”
Comer: “The difference between the way the Trump family operate and the Biden family is they’re admitting they’re doing this. The president campaigned as a business guy. So as long as you disclose your income and disclose the sources, I think that’s acceptable.”

900. Josh Hawley: “You wanna know who is behind the Biden autopen? Follow the money. How much did Anthony Fauci and Liz Cheney pony up for their pardons? Somebody’s making a lot of money here, and I think Hunter Biden’s pocketed a lot of it.”

Donald Trump has exempted Hungary from sanctions over its continued purchases of Russian oil and gas for one year, a White House official has confirmed to BBC News.

Earlier, the US president said he would consider an opt-out for Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, a close Trump ally who has maintained good relations with Russia throughout the Ukraine war.

Speaking on Friday during Orban's visit to the White House, Trump said an exemption was under consideration because "it's very difficult for him [Orban] to get the oil and gas from other areas".

We are seeing the implementation of the move against "degenerate art" now. That, plus the Germania cityscape fantasy, is filling out a number of blank spaces in the Turd Reich bingo card.
It's why Donald put himself in charge of the Kennedy Centre.

Donald has retreated to his private club in Florida for the weekend but he left a message for GOP Senators.

Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump
The United States Senate should not leave town until they have a Deal to end the Democrat Shutdown. If they can’t reach a Deal, the Republicans should terminate the Filibuster, IMMEDIATELY, and take care of our Great American Workers!
