Are they talking about the Democrats? Inching closer and closer to just straight out declaring them a terrorist party and outlawing them, aren't they.

I doubt it. They need Dems as scapegoats. But if forced to become a new party, that's not necessarily bad. I think they're getting the hang of this. They have been on-message throughout the shutdown: Put the healthcare back. I feel like the Dems are being very strategic with this, and doing a good job not caving. There's quite a bit of MAGA on Medicaid as I understand it, and they can see the Dems trying to protect them while the GOP is perfectly willing to cut them off. That can make an impression on some people.
