I do know that only 5% of Danes would have voted for him (men 9%, women 2%), and that was before he declared that he wanted to annex Greenland.

Trump now has an excuse for scrapping support for electric cars. We need the electricity for AI. I guess we need coal, a couple of "windmills" is not enough.
With trump now refusing to rule out military force to control the Panama Canal or Greenland, I'm just about ready to throw in the towel and go live on a remote hilltop somewhere in the subcontinent for the next four years. This is going to be a ******** (no idea if the autocensor works and I'm not about to risk it) of unheard of proportions until 2029.

I just got so sick of having to type his name the first time around (after he got elected), I settled on calling him The PDJT. "P" for President of course (cringe). Afterwards I called him The FPDJT (Former President...). When he got convicted it was The FPaCFDJT, a real mouthful -- "Former President and Convicted Felon."
From now on, I'll just call him The POSOTUS. POS being... well, you know. Yes, it may be childish but he has not done one single positive thing, in office or out, and has constantly demonstrated that he has earned that designation.

Forbes suggests that Greenland should become a U.S. state, but it may be tongue in cheek, I'm not sure:

US President-elect Donald Trump has threatened "very high" tariffs on Denmark if it resists his effort to take control of Greenland, an autonomous Danish territory.
Asked during a news conference Tuesday if he would rule out using military or economic force in order to take control of the strategically-important island, he said: "No, I can't assure you on either of those two."
