He understands that no better than his voters did.One would think even Trump would understand you need people who know what they are doing to get what you want accomplished......

Perhaps Trumps simply expects his cabinet picks to be "bosses" the way he is himself: he just tells someone what he wants and expects them to go off and somehow make it happen, no matter how idiotic or reprehensible or counterproductive or impossible it is. He just figures his cabinet picks will do the same thing, with it rolling downhill. He just assumes that somewhere down the line someone will do something.Have you considered the possibility that Trump lacks the capacity to understand what qualifications are needed? Dunning and Kruger were hardly the first people to conduct a study that found that it takes competence to accurately evaluate competence.
That's how he got the wall built.Perhaps Trumps simply expects his cabinet picks to be "bosses" the way he is himself: he just tells someone what he wants and expects them to go off and somehow make it happen, no matter how idiotic or reprehensible or counterproductive or impossible it is. That is pretty much how the world works for the comfortable class.Perhaps Trumps simply expects his cabinet picks to be "bosses" the way he is himself: he just tells someone what he wants and expects them to go off and somehow make it happen, no matter how idiotic or reprehensible or counterproductive or impossible it is. The Republicans have a slim 220-215 majority. This may make it difficult for them to pass legislation at times, but not quite the same as the Democrats 'held the house.'Democrats have held the House.
Forgive my pickiness but as a mountain lover and hater of AI, it is not even close to the Matterhorn, in fact when I first saw the post I thought it might be a bastardization of Mt Assiniboine (which IS in Canada) since it shares some of the characterizations of that peak (lower glaciated slopes)--but aside from the similarity of the upper fluted peak to the Matterhorn it is really just a generic rugged mountain created by regurgitated pixels.I immediately recognized the Matterhorn as I've been to Zermatt more than once. But, beyond the Mango Moron not recognizing such a famous mountain, what the hell was the point of posting it in the first place?
Sorry, but that is most certainly an AI based on the Matterhorn. I took this photo of it from my hotel window in Zermatt.Forgive my pickiness but as a mountain lover and hater of AI, it is not even close to the Matterhorn, in fact when I first saw the post I thought it might be a bastardization of Mt Assiniboine (which IS in Canada) since it shares some of the characterizations of that peak (lower glaciated slopes)--but aside from the similarity of the upper fluted peak to the Matterhorn it is really just a generic rugged mountain created by regurgitated pixels.

well that is a hilarious name for a mountainMt Assiniboine
Well we will never know what prompt was used, but I know from using AI that it would not be necessary to give Matterhorn as a prompt for something to end up looking like the matterhorn--"rugged snowy peak" would do just as wellSorry, but that is most certainly an AI based on the Matterhorn. It means "those who cook with stones"well that is a hilarious name for a mountain
It's clear as glass to me that the AI is based on the Matterhorn. If you disagree, fine. It's not worth arguing about.Well we will never know what prompt was used, but I know from using AI that it would not be necessary to give Matterhorn as a prompt for something to end up looking like the matterhorn--"rugged snowy peak" would do just as wellAnd as I said, look at the slopes below in your photo and in the one Trump posted--they are nothing alike, the only similarity is in the slight 'hook' of the upper peak, and even that does not quite match the AI creation. Since making my comment I found several people vehemently arguing online that it was actually Assiniboine in BC, but y'all are missing the point--Trump or anyone associated with Trump did not necessarily ever mention the mountain's name when this AI was generated--AI does not care, it will just regurgitate something based on the particular prompt and model used.
well i'm sure it's pronounced differently than it's spelled too but i'll never knowIt means "those who cook with stones"
