To be fair to ICE, why should they hold to a different standard of behaviour compared to many hundreds of police forces?

I'm sure the powers that be are waiting and hoping for this to blow up like it did after George Floyd in 2020. Then they can start using physical violence, firing into crowds, declare martial law, all that fun stuff.
