The 2023 Predictions Thread

- A magnitude 6.4 earthquake centered 23 miles east of St, Louis Missouri will not occur at 3:04 AM EDT on June 12, 2023.

- A banquet of endangered escargots served to the visiting Prime Minister of Singapore will not embroil Barbara Pompili, the French Minister of Ecological Transition, in controversy on June 12, 2023.

- Elon Musk and Tom Brady will not announce their engagement, following a year-long secret romance, at a fundraiser to benefit rare French snail species endangered by a Missouri earthquake, on June 12, 2023.

- "Brusky," as they will come to be known, will not attempt to start a family using robo-womb technology under development by Musk start-up HuxleyBro, which will be funded by profits from the phenomenal success of SpaceX's Twitter Remover app.

- No one will remember or mention these predictions on June 12, 2023.

All my predictions came true, though the part about a Twitter Remover app turned out to be more plausible than expected.

I'd like to point out, 23 miles EAST of St. Louis is 23 miles into Illinois.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Trump and family will voluntarily relocate to Saudi Arabia so he can concentrate on his new endeavor, staying out of the United States penal system.
Elon Musk will begin to display some unusual behavior. A previously thought extinct species will be found alive, possibly living in a retirement community in Florida.

I'm going to call this two out of three. Sure, the Musk thing is pretty much a gimmy, but...

Sure looks like a hit! Okay, maybe it's not in a retirement community in Florida, but I only said 'possibly', and it was on a beach, albeit pretty much 100% on the other side of the planet.
Still thought extinct, and found alive.
And that's not the only one, a flower, also thought extinct was found growing in the middle of a road...

I predict "musked up" will be adopted and added to M-Webster's Dictionary.

Man he really musked that up.

Didn't get added to M-Webster yet but this does pop-up when you search for a definition of musked-up:

Worse than f*cked up, prone to happen when adding "tobacco" in your blunt or using drugs you're unfamiliar with.

Can also be to used to describe an epic ***** up.
Bro you were so musked up at that party last night, wassup with that?

Yeah man crazy blunt did 360 all night long, then I musked up and ordered pizza for the whole campus.

*Note to mods, these are what the quotes actually say. Not sure I was supposed to alter a direct quote from a cited source.

Bottom line, if Jan, 2024 is the cutoff for the prediction, I'm not seeing my prediction being successful. If it's sometime within the 2024 prediction timeframe, I continue to hold the prediction potentially being correct.

The Corona virus will be deliberately mutated into something that causes everyone infected to develop telepathy

Gawd that may be one of scariest pandemics ever. "I don't like your shoes."

And there's no getting around it.
