Telling folks what Christianity really teaches is hardly "proselytizing"

Of course... Christianity is a religion tailor made for brigands and villains... i.e. Kings and Lords... and long before the CoE there was the Holy Roman Empire and its offshoots... in fact CoE is nothing but The Catholic Church with the Pope replaced by the King of England... as Henry VIII desired and his sycophantic bishops and so on wanted too... imagine all that tithing staying in their coffers instead of having to send it all to the Pope.

Look at these verses that ratify and sanctify all brigands Kings and rulers ... I wonder if any of the Christian Nationalists have ever read these... and as you see it is not CoE only but part and parcel of the commandments of Jesus and Paul and Peter and thus by proxy God too... right from the onset.
  • Romans 13:1-7 Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and he will commend you. For he is God's servant to do you good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword for nothing. He is God's servant, an agent of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also because of conscience. This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God's servants, who give their full time to governing. Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.
Here are verses which further pacify the rubes in service of their masters...
  • Ephesians 6:5 Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear and sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ.
  • Colossians 3:22 Slaves, obey your earthly masters in everything, not only to please them while they are watching, but with sincerity of heart and fear of the Lord.
  • 1 Peter 2:18 Slaves, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the froward.

Oh good, you found yet more texts that hardly anybody reads and even fewer people put into practice about how awful Christianity is.
