I second the battery recommendation. My second pack of batteries ran out on the flight home, just three pictures short of filling the memory card.

Actually, I brought a charger (AND a plug so I could use my European power cord in an American power outlet. Most battery chargers can use both 110 and 220 volts, so no need for a converter, but make sure first, because my cell-phone charger didn't ).

Anyway, I ran through my batteries much faster than I'd thought. I had three sets in total and probably used them all at least twice during the entire trip.

Poker

I stayed four extra days, and played poker morning to night in 17 different poker rooms. Had a blast, and came home with all my own money. Didn't win, but didn't lose. Lots of good experiences. Great fun.
