Something that is different from merely 'Del Mar Meet Up', which implies that those would not be interested in... whatever the name of this formerly referred to as "singles" group may be*... would also be joining us.



(*That gives me an idea. Perhaps we can invent an acronym for it: Group Formerly Referred To As Singles But Is More Inclusive Than That, or GFRTASBIMITT for short. Or, maybe we need something easier to pronounce.)

The solution to this is so bloody obvious.

1. JREF notes registrations for people who are attending alone.

2. JREF randomly pairs single attendees. Your assignment will be noted in your registration packet.

3. The Thursday night reception is the one and only allowed time for making trades. From that point forward, you are with your special friend for the remainder of the event.
