TAM 9 Dates

This would make my wife very, very happy. There's a local culinary event that she's had to miss the last couple years because it is always booked for the weekend after July 4th, just like TAM has been.

She had been threatening to skip TAM 9 so she could attend the food thing in 2011, which would have meant no alder smoked salt caramels.

This would make my mom and me very, very happy as well. The past two years I have had to leave early, early Saturday morning as I have a conflicting conference the same weekend that I cannot skip (work-related). In 2011, they plan to start the work-related conference on Friday, which means I would miss everything associated with TAM. If they move TAM, I can go to both!
 
If they know it is at the South Point, then they must have a contract signed, and they must know the date. It is beyond me why they won't tell the anxious masses huddled around their computers and mobile devices awaiting word. Why is this a secret?
