Sure. The Clinton Foundation has a lot of employees, like all large charities. There is nothing wrong with hiring someone you know to work for your charity.

Also, unlike the Trump Foundation, the Clinton Foundation is a real charity. A very highly rated one in fact, by charity watchdogs including your personal favorite Charity Navigator. They spend an above average 87% on programs. The amount they paid Sid is a tiny percentage of their budget, so your assertion that the CF exists just to give guys like him a paycheck is absurd.

There is if their "work" was sending you questionable intelligence gleaned while out representing Libyans entities, which had nothing to do with any charity work.
