This 2019 Yearbook of Immigration Statistics data table displays data about noncitizens returned between fiscal years 2017 and 2019. It includes breakouts by region and country of nationality.
A proportion of those people will have been removed for reasons other than just their immigration status (for example their criminal status) and not all of those people will have been white. Perhaps it's me being overly picky but to me "tens of thousands" means many tens of thousands not an unknown number less than 18,000.
