Pizzagate

So, about the trees vs antlers question in the Comet Pizza murals. If you look carefully at the actual objects painted it appears several people have groves of bifurcated stalks on their heads. It's similar to Celtic/pagan antler depictions only in that it's cranial. More similar, depictions of mushroom takers in native art, where the taker is covered in small mushrooms, or have a grove of them sprouting from their heads. And yet not mushrooms, the grove is bifurcated stalks.

I checked WebSleuths.com and they have nothing on Pizzagate, which is the best indicator that the story was BS.

I love this forum, but WebSleuths is on point with their discussions of crime, and unlike CTers, their members debate with the purpose of actually trying to solve mysteries.

That is not the impression I get of WebSleuths. While their theories don't tend to trip the fantastical/satanic/largescale-conspiracy, they are nevertheless quite happy to choose favorite suspects based on long chains of supposition, coincidences, "feelings", and other things that don't even rise to the level of circumstantial evidence. Anyone who wants to verify this for themselves need only to visit their subforum on JonBenet Ramsey.

I would personally phrase your point as something along the lines of "Not even WebSleuths will touch Pizzagate, which is a good indicator the story is BS".

Websleuths is a great demonstration of investigator tunnel vision in action. The forum does have a few sharp and logical thinkers but most of the participants seem to pick a suspect and then look only for evidence that supports that person being guilty.

And the flip side, their threads don't drift far from the OP.

You are number 666.

I'm still not telling you why I resigned....(see what I mean :D)

In the US we put odd number addresses on one side of the street and even numbers on the other, and sometimes developments dont use all the numbers in the grid, skipping one or two per block.
Same here.

Super. Except when there is no other side of the block. I was born and raised in #8 and on either side were #7 and #9. Currently I live in #14 on either side of which are #13 and #15. Before I moved here, I lived in #7 on either side of which were #6 and #8...

And?
:D When I lived in the USA, many moons ago, there was a street of only even numbered houses nearby.

I used to live in a street like that in the U.K. There are houses on one side and a park on the other.
