I was amazed at how long this thread lasted in the Million Dollar Challenge Forum.

I'm trying to find out if he can receive what a person is saying (with their mouth shut) if they are facing away from him and he is wearing headphones, so he can't get any visual clues and can't 'interpret' the mumbling.

Ah right, understood. He's talked more about transmitting thoughts than receiving them, though he has claimed to be able to do both. Either would win him the $1m, of course.

If you can do it with the person facing away from you. That is what we would like to hear.
 
Abr, I know you specified English but it's not your native tongue. Why could I not think something in Japanese? I could think it in English and Japanese if you like.

Not until you answer the questions people have asked you. Both Pixel42 and myself have presented possible protocols for a preliminary experiment. Read those, and tell us whether either would be acceptable or what might need to be changed. Or come up with your own if you want and present it here for discussion. Until you do that, you are not going to have any tests take place.
