one of you close his mouth and say a sentence ,i will write it on paper, and i transmit a sentence for him and he write my sentence.
OK this is the beginning of a protocol, but you need to think more about how you would show that the result is self evidently better than chance, and eliminate the possibility of cheating.
For example if I took part and sent the sentence "I bet you can't guess what I'm thinking", and you wrote down "I don't think you know what I'm thinking" would you count that as a hit? How likely would you have been to guess it by chance?
A better protocol would be to have an agreed list of say 6 numbered sentences, all very different. You roll a die to pick one and concentrate on it, and the "receiver" picks the one they think you're sending. There's a one in six chance of guessing correctly so it's easy to work out how many runs you would need to do to produce a string of hits which you would only have a 1 in 1000 probability of getting by chance.
You also need someone trustworthy, say a forum moderator, to help ensure both of you are honest.
So a suitable protocol would be:
1. Establish a webcam link between you and the forum member volunteer
2. You roll a die and PM the moderator the number of the sentence chosen
3. You "send" that sentence to the volunteer
4. The volunteer PMs the moderator with the number of the sentence he/she thinks you are sending
5. Repeat 2 - 4 a pre-agreed number of times.
6. The moderator posts the numbers of the sentences sent and recieved for each run
7. If the number of hits is more than the pre-agreed success criteria you are judged to have passed the test
We have done several such online tests here in the past. If you succeed in passing such a test you will be ready to start the process of applying for the MDC.
Do you want our help to do such a test?
ETA: Actually it would be better if the moderator rolled the die and PM'd you the number of the sentence to send. That would eliminate at least one possible cheating scenario. You could also do some runs in which you send and others in which you receive, if you wish.
