Hi abr, I wonder if you are over here to try to develop a webcam experiment to meet the media requirement to take the MDC. If so, it seems quite sincere of you to be willing to include members of the forum in your experiment, though I'm not sure exactly what the media requirements are and if this will meet them. Good luck!

Just to be clear, are you saying that if somebody speaks as normal but keeps their lips together, you can understand what they are saying?

That's not telepathy. That's listening and understainding muffled speech. That isn't paranormal.

Can you do it if they are facing away from you and you are wearing headphones?
 
Per abr's MDC thread, he/she admits to speaking several languages, including French and Arabic, but English not well at all. Over there, he seems to be claiming that if someone were to read him a sentence, he would be able to telepathically send that sentence to someone (a friend?) in a different room.

Why do you need a web cam? Pick a time and I'll think of a sentence and you post my sentence to the board. You should be able to do this 20 or 30 times in a day to get enough data to be statistically significant.
 
You'll need someone else to take your sentence (in a PM, for example) before abr posts it, Freethinker. Or someone to take both sets - from you, and from abr, and then to post them both after the experiment is over so we can review the results.

That way no one can accuse you of just saying it's wrong for the sake of it.
 
abr, can you explain to us how you discovered that you have this ability? For instance, when was the first time; who was there; what, exactly, happened. I'm not at all sure I understand what it is you say you can do. Thank you.

abr: you need to specify precisely what experiment you want to do, and what role forum members would play in it.

First describe your proposed test, and (if necessary) we will help you to improve it to produce meaningful results. Once you have a satisfactory test protocol, I have no doubt you will get the volunteers you need.
