abr, you are not showing any genune interest in undertaking this. You are just jerking people around. If you were serious, you would not have posted your words up for everyone to see. What was the point in that?

I would like to take part in the experiments for these reasons :
I claim psychic powers
I do indeed have psychic powers (unproven)
I think it more likely to work if both sender and receiver were psychic.
I think it would work better if I were the sender.
This is the cue for jokers to disappear. So it's all good.
I don't have a webcam.

DO NOT post your words. Send by PM to Robert Oz
CHOOSE a person who will listen
Send words
LET OTHER PERSON post what they think they hear
Robert Oz will them compare with the words you sent him in PM

abr, can you transmit this message to chillzero with your mind? chillzero can then post what she thinks the five random words are.

I will then let everyone know what the words were.

I would prefer we use chillzero, purely because I trust chillzero would not cheat. I don't want to risk abr just sending another private message with the answer to someone else.

Also, how many correct words will count as success?

I have just had a look at an earlier post, which I think should make abr's private message to me unsuitable for testing. The message in question was:

I think the above quote strongly increases abr's chances of the receiver getting at least a couple of correct answers.


abr, please send me another five words. DO NOT use countries or cities again!!

Also, send the name of the person you will transmit the words to with your mind. I would prefer for you to use chillzero.

Also, please say how many correct words will count as success.


I will let everyone know when abr has sent a new list of five words.

It's odd that abr has suddenly gone quiet after I was unhappy with the clue he gave to the board regarding his secret words.

He has logged on since I last posted and considering this is the only thread he posts to, I wonder why he hasn't accepted my suggestion to try again with new words (excluding countries and cities) and using chillzero as a receiver.

I will not take any part in this until abr shows an inclination to take it seriously anyway. I'd suggest ensuring people's cooperation before 'volunteering' them in future.
 
Things such as these do get a bit tiresome after a while, though they do retain some entertainment value for when I'm bored enough.

Also, it is eternally irksome that the folks who generate threads like this with new accounts, be they the genuine article (so to speak) or merely trolls, always manage to almost instantly exceed my post count.

I suppose that's my fault, though, for hardly ever posting unless I feel my post will actually have a significant impact on the topic at hand.

Perhaps it's time to suspend that self-imposed rule.
