• Quick note - the problem with Youtube videos not embedding on the forum appears to have been fixed, thanks to ZiprHead. If you do still see problems let me know.

Here we go again. . .

This is kind of entertaining.

You know like, watching your 8 year old nephew trying to explain how and why he took $10 out of your wallet for a lemonade stand that never got started.

"I had a team. . .".

"The lemonade was gonna' be good. . .".

"If you let me keep the $10 I can use it on my next business. . .".

it was one thing for Bobby to tell the gullible they should invest their time and their effort into freeman valley. One could argue that Menard really thought the valley could work and hence wasn't deceiving the few that may have invested in it.

The same might be said of the World Freeman Society and the legal services program Menard has started over the years. It could be Bobby honestly thought the projects were valid.

The ACCP, IMHO, tested the limits of honesty. One wonders how Bobby could possibly have thought the consumer purchasing plan could work and could have honestly pitched it to paying subscribers.

But this Real3Games thing, I believe, has gone waaaaay over the line.

Bobby is telling potential investors that he is going to follow all the business and tax laws involved in a corporation. But the problem is he can't demonstrate that he's so far done so, or has any idea what the rules are!

If Bobby's not telling the truth and people are giving him money based on what would be outright lies. . . then he's committing fraud.

And in this case he's might not just be pulling the wool over his minions who'll accept any old excuse, but rather a few regular folks who could easily smarten up and realize Menard could be cheating them out of their money.

Readers might wonder how it could be Menard would do such a stupid, loathsome thing. But narcissists often believe that they are smarter than everybody else (in this possible case believing he can fool investors). Narcissists also often believe the folks they cheat are stupid and have it coming anyway.

I'm not convinced that Menard was ever honest.
He started with implausible and unsubstantiated stories of how he was able, through his Magic Freeman Powers, to merrily evade the clutches of the Evil Justice System, leaving behind a trail of impotently fuming, white-knuckled judges.
Not one of these stories ever stood up to any level of scrutiny, and not one of his gullible dupes awakened followers was able to duplicate this claimed success.
With a foundation like this, it's hard to see how the later developments could be any less fraudulently-intended.

The most likely path to an effort like NotReal3Games would be to spend months or years in the industry learning how it works and then branching off with a better mouse trap.

But Bobby wants the dupes to think he can just walk in rule the day.

If Menard manages to avoid real trouble over what looks a lot like fraud he'll just walk away from this latest grift and never say a word about it again.

When did anybody ever hear what went wrong with any of his long string of failed projects or get so much as a "sorry, man" from the Fezzed One?

Bobby's problem in this case is whether the authorities see Real3Games as an attempt at fraud rather than some crank idea posed by a phony legal expert.

I used to know a carpenter who'd build these grow things for people who wanted to grow their own weed. It's a closet with a grow lamp and an air filter.

Did somebody forget to patent this brilliant idea?

After saying his secret corporation is going to follow all the government's rules it seems Bobby is now bellyaching about how one of his American colleagues couldn't get into Canada to work for NotReal3Games without a work visa.

So my question to potential NotReal3Games investors is why they'd waste their money on a chicken ***** outfit that can't even figure out how to get workers across the Canadian border?

logic would dictate the 'investors' call the shots and the Steaming Pile of BM™ would be the one needing to leave Canada to meet them. there are also other ways 'investors' could get in the country - not that anyone with half a brain doesn't know that already. wonder if he proved he got his needed SIN ID yet.

The events Bobby describes are just plain stupid. The co-worker could easily have video conferenced with Bobby, or just gotten the work visa.

I suspect Bobby is setting up a story to explain his eventual failure which will place the blame on the bad old government.

Never underestimate the power of incompetence and ignorance. Menard ranks high on both those scores. I believe it to be a little of it all. Ignorance, incompetence, Menards inflated ego and his lovely crook personality. Stir and serve luke warm. Yummy!

This is the information Bobby was afraid to give out.

https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_wy/2018-000810045

It turns out Real3Games is registered in Wyoming through a registered agent: Registered Agents Inc. 30 N Gould St. Ste. Sheridan Wyoming 82801.

If you dig a little you can see the authorized individual is Riley Park whose email is: reports@registeredagentsinc.com .

One has to wonder why Bobby was so bent on hiding this information and why he inferred that the company only had a registration number.

What is there to gain in registrating in the US? Is there any benefits other then anonymity? Not giving your address to the authority must be a plus when you are on the lam, but apart from that?

That and fewer tracks when the whole thing goes bad.

One thing is sure Menard is obsessed with what is said about him here. As soon as we started talking about his latest project he took to Facebook to give a reply to each question. What's the odds that Bobby just happened to be taking a break from his work at Real3Games and was viewing the Jref forum every time we commented?

Now that he thinks he has answered the questions he's got nothing to say. That's the way a narcissist's mind works. He figures he's outsmarted his debunkers the same way he, has thought over the years, that he's put it over on past investors and subscribers. The same way he thought he'd outsmarted the courts.

But the fact remains that Bobby is still asking investors to put money into a secret company accountable to no one.

Just a quick update for anyone who cares. . .

Since my last post there doesn't seem to have been any work done at Real3 Games.

Bobby, however, has been busy sending me e-mails threatening legal action (as usual nothing's happened) and stalking my LinkedIn account.
