Here we go again. . .

Oh yeah, this will work. It's so sure of success, I'm starting a competing business, but my players will earn game points and valuable coupons by painting bridges, doing laundry, and filling out people's tax returns.

If Menard is planning to sell any product he is going to have to register with the government, get a business tax number and collect sales taxes which he'll have to turn over to the government. His fast talking freeman BS won't get him around this obligation.

This reveals to us the "out" Bobby uses to explain away his business failures. . .in the end he says the mean old government messed him up.

The government won't allow him to sell his vitamin supplements without the proper agency oversight.

The government won't allow him to appropriate government land on which to build freeman valley.

The government and the banks wouldn't sanction the ACCP.

And in the end Bobby keeps the investments and tells the investor/marks that all the money went into research and development.

Does anyone have any idea of how much Menard have actually ever raised? This idea is so daft that it must be stillborn. But then again, never bet against stupidity I guess.

Menard refuses to account for the money he raises. As far as anyone knows he has never accounted even to the "investors".

Years ago a member of his private Facebook group which was trying to start the ACCP (a phony birth bond type scam) gave out the script of several days of postings. . . and it wasn't too complementary to Bobby. It seemed that he had several subscribers who gave him nonrefundable deposits.

Nothing ever came of the "project" and Bobby never accounted for the subcsriptions which he surely realized everyone knew about.

Apparently Bob is asking anyone who views his Linkedin profile to hurry up and get in on the action because its gaining traction rapidly. I got an invite and passed it up.
I am not worried about missing out.

Bobby used this same technique back in the day when he was selling phony FOTL products and services to gullible freeman wannabes. I don't believe he had any intention of making the "projects" work. Think: "The Producers" … https: //www.imdb.com/title/tt0063462/ (broken link)

Having destroyed his freeman lawyer reputation, Menard has recast himself as the hip, forward thinking entrepreneur in the hopes of finding a new lake of gullible investor/marks.

The problem is that this new "project" requires compliance with governmental and banking regulations. Dooming his "project" to failure Bobby says he doesn't have to follow these rules. That's a convenient ruse because the sad fact is Babbling Bobby can't get it together so as to get a few tax and corporate registrations forms submitted.

His real problem problem is that creating a phony mainstream business for which he fails to pay taxes or properly register with the Canadian government adds tax crimes onto a fraud that may well gain the attention of prosecutors and judges.

It seems Bobby's had a team meeting. From his Facebook page:

Robert Menard October 4 at 8:07 AM ·
First team meeting today! Going to take all day, but we should be able to hatch a plan!

I know I am being skeptical here, but has anyone else noticed that all the reporting of Menard's new business consists of him telling his Facebook followers how smoothly the business is taking off?

I hope he video records the meeting with all the mirrors on the other chairs.

Bobby's MO is to make the working "team" up of investors with some money and little or no experience in the task he says is at hand. Bobby was probably careful screen out anybody who might catch on to the massive holes in his business plan.

Years ago, the first time he tried the ACCP (Association of Canadian Consumer Purchasers) scam he made the mistake of hiring a person who knew what she was doing and immediately told anybody who would listen that Bobby was a clueless blow hard who couldn't possibly get the ACCP running.

Bobby won't make that mistake again. He wants an isolated bunch of marks gullible enough buy his claims that he doesn't have to follow government regulations or abide by any tax laws.

The other slight of hand is to get somebody to handle the investor's money. That way when things start going wrong Bobby can claim ignorance about the finances and put the investors off on a wild goose chase trying to find out what's going on.

The money man is, in essence, a sort of money launder who takes a cut of Menard's griff.

When all else fails Menard will claim the business failed as a result of the government and bankers who wouldn't play along with his innovative idea and insisted that he think and act like a slave.

More from Bobby's Facebook. Seems he's realized that the hole in his story was his unwillingness to follow government regulations. So now the tale has changed to make it more believable. And "the board", which he won't name, is said to be "highly experienced".

My guess is that he's taken time out from his busy day to read this thread.

Two steps forward, one step back! I got to tell you, starting up and organizing a business is one hell of a challenge! Anything but smooth! So many constant little brushfires to put out! The fact that we are operating strictly above board and have to abide by all the government rules and regulations adds a level of complexity. As I am not operating it as a sole proprietorship or DBA as a Freeman, but as a corporation, the rules and codes which would not be applicable to me as a man are certainly applicable to a publicly operating company.
So I have to dance to the governments music if I want to play in their sand box, and the team and investors insist we play in the government sandbox. Which I don’t mind doing for business. So if you hear of anybody telling you that I feel I do not have to abide WHILE OPERATING THIS BUSINESS with government regulations or tax codes, you know they are completely clueless as to what I am doing.
Not that it would be their business anyway, but some lonesome losers just need to constantly stick their nose in the business of others, and then falsely report on stuff of which they are completely ignorant
Luckily I have a team of absolutely amazing highly experienced professionals with loads of experience doing start ups, operating within corporate environments, and working with government and investors. But that alone brings its own challenges! When you have highly experienced and motivated professionals, and you have very little experience in board rooms and corporate settings, one must often act on trust and defer decisions to those with the experience. That can be a challenge for the critically minded.
That said, it looks like our CFO after months of effort and one investor pulling out after changing their demands, has located our key initial investor, which will allow for critical steps to be taken, and unlock and trigger the next round of financing, allowing for a rapid launch.
So wish me luck!

My emphasis.

Interesting. Maybe he really is trying to comply, but I'll believe it when I see it. I wonder, in the unlikely event that his company actually makes money, will he draw salary? The corporation, assuming it's following all the rules, would have to withhold taxes from his salary (or it would in the US, I'm assuming it's similar in Canada). So, will he, as a man, file an income tax return and pay his taxes? Or will he find some dodge to try to avoid paying those taxes?

Bobby's telling a story. He spins just enough on Angel and linkedin to make it all seem real. He can't/won't name his "team" or give any detail about the business.

Menard's watched enough Shark Tank shows so he knows it sounds good to say he has a CEO and a CFO. . .he just can't won't name them! Oh, please. . .Bobby the moocher has a start up with a creative team, a board of directors and several officers?

Bobby can tell all the tall tales he wants. He can even pretend his wonderful idea just didn't take off. But the sad thing is he's talked himself into a corner by pretending to get around his freeman ethics dilemma by creating a corporation. He says he's already created the corporation!

Bobby-for-brains didn't realize that in order to make the tale work he'd have to register the corporation in Canada. We should be able to find it here: https://beta.canadasbusinessregistries.ca/search

There's no Real3Games in the registry!

It's time to man up, Bobby. What's the corporation's name?

It's time to man up, Bobby. What's the corporation's name?

Well, it turns out Bobby is watching. From his Facebook page:
Robert Menard is feeling happy. 2 hrs ·
Who here has heard of a numbered company?

It's pure Menardian shuck and jive. With a little feigned hilarity Bobby avoids the matter by asking an off the point question. Bobby thinks that if he muddies the water enough his followers will forget that he said Real3Games was going to follow all government regulations via the corporation which he and the directors have created. Bobby thinks that if he infers that his corporation hasn't been named yet and merely has a number he's off the hook. So what's the number, Bobby?

Let's review what he said:
. . .I am not operating it as a sole proprietorship or DBA as a Freeman, but as a corporation, the rules and codes which would not be applicable to me as a man are certainly applicable to a publicly operating company.

Bobby's obfuscation should give pause to any potential investor/marks. And if there are any real board members at this point they'd surely wonder what they've gotten themselves into.

Let me present the possibility that all that exists of Real3Games are the Angel and Linkedin profiles and the Facebook chatter Menard phonyed up.

Bobby's has another chance to show he's got something real. . .Bobby, please give us the names and professional contacts for your CEO and CFO.

Realize, Bobby, that such information is part of the public corporation application, so please don't opine that it's nobody's business but yours.

The beautiful thing about registering a company in some states is that the identity of the owners and officers is completely private.

More obfuscation, Bobby. You imply you and your directors registered Real3Games in a state where and in a manner so that your identities would be private.

So what state was that and under what name and or number did you register Real3Games?

Careful, ole son. You are beginning to look like you're hiding something again. Your obfuscation is leading to a series of questions you have already answered so as to indicate your are telling a tale.

Bobby thinks he's off the hook because he has left the impression with his investor/marks that Real3Games is privately registered some unspecified U.S. state.

But a couple of commenters at his Facebook page say:

William Thomas Anderson:
Which states Rob?

Elijah Nells:
secrecy is repugnant for many reasons.

I'd like to point out to any of Bobby's team or his investors (there may not be too many of you) that Menard is following the same pattern of deception he used in all of his previous failed projects.

I urge you to ask the tough questions. You are being asked to believe that weeks or months ago Menard convinced his team, which he admits has more business experience, to go through the needless, added expense and effort to register their company in an undisclosed state so as to hide the names of the people working on the project.

when asking for/taking investment money by companies in the US, one must be totally transparent as per the law. Also, registered with the SEC

The question is whether Bobby is intentionally withholding information and making false statements to “investors” so as to gain that which would not have been provided without deception.

Menard’s told potential investors that he has a working team, a CEO, a CFO and has created a corporation. We don’t see verification of any of those claims. In fact, Bobby seems to be working as hard as he can to make it impossible to get to the truth.

I suspect his problem is that he’s just making it up a he goes along. Each claim leads to what should be observable and documented actions or achievements. But, I think Bobby developed each stage of the story so as to explain the details of previous claims.

One wonders why Menard, during the roll outs of his projects, doesn’t tell his debunkers that he’s busy getting the job done and that in a few months he’d be stickin’ the success story up their rear ends.

But that would mean that right now he’d be running the ninja goat down to the gates of freeman valley to pick up the goods he and his clan bought through the ACCP.

Sigh. So we go from this claim:

Robert Menard: I got a job! A real one! Not just a payed gig, but an actual Job with a title and everything! I am now "Chief Product Developer' for Real3Games, based in Montreal. They are a new startup. So stoked!
(my highlite)

A real paying job working for Real3Games. (Note they are.., not we are..)

And what do we have now? Nothing! No job, no company and no title.

1)The company is 'secret', ie. non-existent. It turns out that it is only another of Menards dreams/cons.
2)No payed gig since the gig doesn't exist.
3)The title is just made-up.

Menard never fails to disapoint! But to an attention whore any attention is better then non I suppose!?
