Freemen gurus claim that no individual may be governed without his or her consent. This theory stands in contrast to the rule of law in the western democracies where the social contract between the government and the body politic “the people” expressly gives the government the authority to make binding law and enforce that law upon everyone.
The freeman brain trust points to the failings of governments, created and maintained by imperfect beings, as justification for their theory. To them every bad cop, embezzling town clerk or dishonest politician is reason enough to throw all government into the trash bin.
But if one applied such a standard to freemanary itself the results would be shocking. The plain truth is the freeman movement from its gurus to its rank and file members is rife with con artists, wife beaters, welfare cheats, drunken drivers and thieves.

I don't know nothin' about no White Anglo Saxons, but there is a black sovereign citizen subculture in America. You can see occasional courtroom antics . These guys also brought us Wesley Snipes' tax evasion defense and even a cop killer in Baton Rouge.

The fact is the prevailing thought amongst the founders was that it was America’s manifest destiny to create a national empire that stretched from the Atlantic to the Pacific oceans. Menard should know that amongst many 18th and 19th century Americans embracing that idea that empire was to include Mexico and Bobby’s own country Canada!
One guesses Bobby missed that in his Canadian history class.
Anyone truly grasping the ferocity and brutality with which America carried out its march “from sea to shining sea” would not be surprised with the A-bomb drops on Hiroshima and Nagasaki or the United States’ willingness to build a nuclear arsenal.
Bobby, ever the manipulator, tries to make the Founding Fathers into demigods in the hopes he can convince his remaining followers that the U.S. (and by extension, Canada) is on a slide from its glorious past which only self-proclaimed freedom lovers like himself can stop.
Bobby’s got it arse backwards yet again.
The truth is the racist, misogynistic, aristocratic and xenophobic views of the Founders have been solidly rejected by modern America. . .and that’s a step in the right direction!
And unless drinking a mountain of Mooseheads counts as help, Bobby, was of no assistance in the matter.

Ive noted that FMOTL has been on the increase in Oz, with several being shown on our local tv shows (in the vein of COPS, there is one about Victorian Highway Patrol that has shown them on 2 different occasions, another is from N.Z.
Well last night I got a taste of it in action in person!!!
I had been pulled over for a breathalyser, and while waiting to be tested, I noticed a bit of a commotion from a car a couple down the line. Young fella, dragged from his car and cuffed before being taken away towards the booze bus (I dont know if our O/S friends have these??- basically a small bus that has the more advanced testing equipment on board, should you fail the initial `count to ten' test for booze, or the spit test for drugs; instead of having to be taken back to a police station for testing, they have the `good' machines in the bus that tests for booze and drugs
fail that, its go directly to jail, dont collect $200)
This guy was shouting and screaming, ticking all the boxes
He was `traveling' not driving tick no or suspended lisc
Only commercial vehicles need registration, personal conveyances dont tick no rego or insurance
They were in breach of contract (apparently he didnt want `contract' with them so their breathtest was an unenforceable contract) tick
He was being kidnapped (ie arrested)- tick
He waas charging them $20000 a minute in silver (thats a new one for me- I thought they liked gold???) while ever they detained him- tick
That was about all I caught as he was soon being put in the back of a paddywagon after spitting in a policemans face and another nice policeman was at my window wanting a breath test
I counted to ten, was told I passed which I already knew, was bid a good evening and `traveled' off...
unlike our FMOTL friend who has now probably several thousand dollars in fines, and was spending the night at the local lockup, which I doubt has quite as comfortable beds as mine is....

OK, here is a quickie reply. You have land upstream from me. I rely on the water to survive. As a freeman on the land, you decide that you can do anything you want so you build a dam to take all the water. So the stream on "my" land dries up, all the crops die and I starve to death.
Second one. As a freeman, you decide not to register or insure your car. You drive around and crash into my car, and total it. You have no insurance, no assets, and I am out by a car and all medical costs. Of course I could sue, but what is the point of suing somebody without any assets?

Using this cheap debate trick Nazi Bob argues that anti-nazi activism should recognize Nazism has a valid argument that demands a respectful rhetorical response.
One might wonder why Bobby can't grasp that real freemen (he's become a phony one) would be among the first folks nazis would round up and send to the death camps. Well, the answer comes in the fact that Bobby is in bed with the neo-nazis and nazi apologists who have taken over the World Freeman Society.

Freemen are a threat to the rest of us because they steal and act irresponsibly. Their gurus rip off the gullible for phony advice and money for hopeless "projects" that are little more than scams.
Are you denying that the freeman way has sanctioned trying to stealing meals from restaurants, cheating little old lady landlords out of the rent and attempting to rip off Canada's national treasury for their fictional security birth bonds?

But that is the very basis of the Freemen of The Land Philosophy. They actually believe that they can do anything they want, without being responsible for the results. Perhaps what we need is your definition of your theoretic freeman then things may move forward. Simply saying "I would not do that" leads us all into a blind alley, or a no true Scotsman argument.
