I agree entirely, but I'm just pointing out that even if the BMW driver had the longshot explanation that showed he was somehow in the right, it expired with him when he took the 9 mil chill pill.

A lot murkier "self-defense" shootings hit the investigative brick wall because of the plain fact that the other side never gets to tell their version of events.
