Just found some. The
Free Speech Coalition, which, in a stunning show of irony, I cannot access from work, is reporting that "Rosie's" house was raided and her hard drives were indeed taken but that no charges have been filed.
A couple of other interesting things. First, it was not a text-only site but rather a text-and-
audio site. So there's a possibility that the feds were interested in the audio aspect -- did she have obscene audio of minors? Second, she shares an attorney with the other guy who got raided this week, the one allegedly swapping pictures of dead Iraqis for porn. That's not particularly unusual; once an adult business is charged every first amendment attorney in the country wants to represent it but not that many want to do the day to day drudgework of vetting content and writing disclaimers But it may yet be interesting.
