Fall US Elections

lol

Don't you care about the environmental impacts of having to use fossil fuels to ship crude.

Its also has more chance of a spill shipping by road and rail.

As compared to all the fossil fuel it will take to build the pipeline.

One pipeline spill will do a lot more damage than a thousand road spills.

If the Canadians want to get their crude to port they should build the pipeline across their own country to a port of their own.

I'd be more impressed with Republican diversity if it didn't seem that every prominent black Republican holds the insane belief that social safety net programs are tantamount to slavery.

So logger, can you not name a single other black Senator elected from the Confederacy over the past century and a half? Why not?

Why risk their environment and public health when the Republicans are fine with letting them risk ours?

Yes. The GOP elects tokens so that they can say that they are not racist. Republicans place a black person into office while passing policies that hurt minorities.

Liberal democrat policies have destroyed the black community. They're starting to see it.

Yes, its a drop, compared to what it takes to ship.

No, you're wrong, they have very efficient containment protocols.

Lordy, we are refining it, we are buying it, we are burning it. Look at the map where this pipeline goes.

I'm pulling what little hair I have left.

Do you even realize we have pipelines every where all over this country and others. It is specifically done to reduce the cost of shipping. The up side of that is it helps in reducing the fossil fuels from shipping it. It helps in reducing the dangers in shipping it.

There is no logical reason to oppose this, especially when you add critical thinking.

They've seen what the social safety net has done.

Because they WERE racist's, does that make you happy. Fact is, southern people aren't the way they used to be, now we have some prominent black americans who are going to do very well across the whole country.

Now, for this generation in the south it has become much more about ideology than anything else.

As more blacks win republican seats what is the left to do, maybe those black repubs will be labeled racist, that will open even more eyes.

When did they stop being racist? Last month?

Ok, then. So the people in the confederate states were racists (I'm frankly amazed that you managed to admit this much), but they aren't any more, because they have elected one incumbent black Republican man to the Senate, the first in about 150 years. Got it.

The pipeline goes to a port. So it can be shipped elsewhere.

There hasn't been many black repubs running, every election there are more and more. Someday you'll see that it is folks like you and the left that focus on race, not the general public. The country as a whole is focused on ideology and policy, not what skin shade a person happens to be.

If your goal is to harm as much as possible while insulating yourself in false patriotism, sure it's a wonderful thing, sure.

lol

Are you stomping your feet at the thousands of pipelines we already have. Having pipelines doesn't really harm anything. Wouldn't it be better as a believer in the AGW hoax for you to be all for shipping crude in a less carbon arranged way? This really is simple.

Not the Keystone XL.

The Keystone XL Pipeline Project is a proposed 1,179-mile (1,897 km), 36-inch-diameter crude oil pipeline, beginning in Hardisty, Alta., and extending south to Steele City, Neb. This pipeline is a critical infrastructure project for the energy security of the United States and for strengthening the American economy.

Quoting Keystone to support Keystone?

Already completed Phase 2 and Phase 3a of the Keystone project goes from Steele City to Port Arther, Texas. Keystone Phase 3B is currently under construtcion and will extend the pipeline to an oil terminal near Houston when completed in 2015.

Yes, there are ports involved.
