I asked you several times to post the full text of the law you had troubles with. you never did that, i then brought up the full text of the landreform decree and showed that it is not applying to the general populace, not even to all landowners.

the only law that indeed did apply to the general populace was taken back by Chavez, and he claimed it to be a misstake.

So untill now you was not able to bring up one single decree that is applying to the general populace that is law in Venezuela.
