The only other bones in the neck are the vertebrae. These have 'processes' (sticky-out bits) that can be broken without great risk to life. Feel round the back of your neck and you can feel some sticking out. Difficult to fracture those without impact from a hard object, while the other processes are pretty deep under substantial muscle.

But, yes, afaik the autopsy report is not available for public inspection.

To have used the word "bones" (plural) TWICE in the body of the report, and also to have written the phrase "among the bones broken"...if it was just one bone, that would be flat out lying the reporters were guilty of if it was only one bone.

Again, the Epstein case (beyond his suicide) is an actual functioning conspiracy of human trafficking for wealthy and powerful individuals. Instead of playing a version of "Clue" we should be studying the real thing.
