This should be fun...

The Hilton sibling surrendered to the FBI Tuesday after being charged with “assaulting and intimidating several flight attendants aboard a British Airways flight from London to Los Angeles” in late July. The Telegraph reports that according to a 17-page affidavit, witnesses said Conrad claimed, “I will ******* own anyone on this flight; they are ******* peasants” and complained that another passenger was giving him the “stink eye.” He also reportedly announced, “I could get you all fired in five minutes. I know your boss. My father will pay this out. He has done it before. Dad paid $300,000 last time.

Oh my. I wonder what would become of him if he was disinherited.

This thread is clearly written by someone who "doesn't respect their betters."

Could he have meant "pheasant" and was only requesting a better in-flight meal?

See, he needs to learn from Donald Trump - you don't pitch a fit, you file a lawsuit.

Sir, you are being sued by Mr. Conrad Hilton for emotional distress from your STINK EYE.

I guess that he doesn't travel by private jet because he wouldn't be able to harrass the peasants.

That's what he gets for flying commercial. Father would never let me fly with the unwashed masses.

The Salon article mentions that Conrad Hilton may have taken a sleeping pill before the flight. He should sue the pharma company and start campaigning against the perils of sleeping pills.

This should be a neat little demonstration of there being one law for the rich and another for everyone else.

Yes. He will get off with a slap on the wrist and his butler publicist will take the slap for him.

What should be the appropriate punishment for being mouthy on an airplane? I don't see much in the way of criminal offense, at least not in the OP quote. This may be a case where celebrity is punished more than your average jerk on a plane.

I think it's the smoking MJ in the lavatory and the threats of violence that people are more worried about. That and the not sitting down when the sit down light was on.

Mouthy? He threatened the co-pilot. He was smoking on the plane. Those are federal offenses and taken very seriously. Unless of course if daddy is rich.

Well, that's what I get from reading the quote in the OP instead of following the link to the whole article. I withdraw my objection, your honor. Please proceed.
