Since when would recording equipment require untucking your shirt in the first place?
AIUI it's not unusual to have the transmitter for a radio mic in a back pocket and then the wire run under your clothing to somewhere near your chin.

https://www.theguardian.com/film/20...ns-after-compromising-scene-in-new-borat-filmAfter she removes his microphone, Giuliani, 76, can be seen lying back on the bed, fiddling with his untucked shirt and reaching into his trousers. They are then interrupted by Borat who runs in and says: “She’s 15. She’s too old for you.”
I guess this has convinced me not to vote for Rudy Giuliani in the upcoming presidential election.
Ok...after reading a more detailed account of what happened, I'm going to give Giuliani a benefit of a doubt on this one.

So his shirt was untucked and he could well have been just tucking it back in. Although how the hell he thought going back to her hotel room was anything short of stupid is....stupid. That leads me to suspect he really is a lecherous old goat who probably had ideas he was going to get 'lucky'. EW.
I will give Giuliani the benefit of the doubt.
I will give Giuliani the benefit of the doubt. Cohen has a history of trying to get people into compromising positions that only happened in context.
We don't know what she said to go to the hotel room or to get him to lay back and tuck in his shirt. From Cohen I expect the was much manipulation to get him to that point where he could make it look bad.
I give Cohen often not much more credit than Project Veritas.[/QUOTE]
why tf would you?
unlike the Vertias shysters, Cohen isn't interested in changing policy on important issues.
The difference isn't credibility, it's motive ... and where the funding is coming from.
No excuses for the planed fakery that Veritas produces for purely poitcal reasons.

(1) The Borat video is a complete fabrication. I was tucking in my shirt after taking off the recording equipment. At no time before, during, or after the interview was I ever inappropriate. If Sacha Baron Cohen implies otherwise he is a stone-cold liar.
(2) In fact, the NY Post today reports "it looks to me like an exaggeration through editing."
As soon as I realized it was a set up I called the police, which has been noted in THR article on July 8th.
(3) This is an effort to blunt my relentless exposure of the criminality and depravity of Joe Biden and his entire family.
Deadline Hollywood reports CAA had a distribution screening in September where there was no mention of the scene holding any importance.
(4) We are preparing much bigger dumps off of the hard drive from hell, of which Joe Biden will be unable to defend or hide from. I have the receipts.

Yeah, but is it natural to lie down on a bed to retuck your shirt after the mic has been removed?

Veritas has a history of setting up video of people looking bad when they actually are not.
Cohen has a history of setting up video of people looking bad when they actually are not.
Veritas has political motive. Cohen has a personal motive.
They both have a motive to present false information. The motive is irrelevant to the truth.
I suppose the difference is that Cohen is a comedian trying to make entertainment.
That is only a difference if Cohen presents it as something not real only only fiction for entertainment purposes only. He has not done that.
This is being presented as information, not fictional entertainment.
What's the innocent explanation for Guiliani being in the hotel-room of a young (younger looking) woman where he was invited for "cocktails"?
