AIUI it's not unusual to have the transmitter for a radio mic in a back pocket and then the wire run under your clothing to somewhere near your chin.

Ok...after reading a more detailed account of what happened, I'm going to give Giuliani a benefit of a doubt on this one.

After she removes his microphone, Giuliani, 76, can be seen lying back on the bed, fiddling with his untucked shirt and reaching into his trousers. They are then interrupted by Borat who runs in and says: “She’s 15. She’s too old for you.”

So his shirt was untucked and he could well have been just tucking it back in. Although how the hell he thought going back to her hotel room was anything short of stupid is....stupid. That leads me to suspect he really is a lecherous old goat who probably had ideas he was going to get 'lucky'. EW.

I will give Giuliani the benefit of the doubt. Cohen has a history of trying to get people into compromising positions that only happened in context.

We don't know what she said to go to the hotel room or to get him to lay back and tuck in his shirt. From Cohen I expect the was much manipulation to get him to that point where he could make it look bad.

I give Cohen often not much more credit than Project Veritas.

Oh, who cares about that - the important thing is that it makes him look idiotic or worse and undermines the little credibility he has left. Very nice timing as he accidentally happened recently to come across "Hunter Biden's laptop" (as if) while drunkenly strolling in Delaware strip joints and brothels.

unlike the Vertias shysters, Cohen isn't interested in changing policy on important issues.
The difference isn't credibility, it's motive ... and where the funding is coming from.

No excuses for the planed fakery that Veritas produces for purely poitcal reasons.

You're probably right but I don't really care. Ruining Rudy's life is a sacrifice I'm willing to make, if it gets one more vote for Biden in Florida or keeps one more person from believing the nonsense from the laptop.

Really shows his paranoia and conspiracy thinking, jumps to this being to “blunt” his stories about Biden a moment of thought and you would recognise this is to gain publicity for the movie’s release.

Cohen has a history of setting up video of people looking bad when they actually are not.

Veritas has political motive. Cohen has a personal motive.

They both have a motive to present false information. The motive is irrelevant to the truth.

That is only a difference if Cohen presents it as something not real only only fiction for entertainment purposes only. He has not done that.
