Yeah but for being such an important part of the commentary you don't see very many of those kinds of people in these movies. Maybe once in a while; but the vast, vast majority are clearly uncomfortable and making an effort to tolerate him out of politeness.

Not sure I agree with that. The rodeo scene from the first movie is an obvious example, but in the new one the country music rally scene sing along, he got a guy to sell him a cage for his daughter, he got a guy to recommend the best gun for killing Jews and how well a hummer could kill a gypsy. Oh and a cake maker to write the jews won't replace us on a cake.
