TSR is, to my eternal shame, absolutely correct

From the April nomination thread
The Gas Chambers and Crematoriums of Auschwitz were really bakeries

Quote:
The reason why everyone says the Krema II and III (gas chambers) looked like bakeries is because they were bakeries.

If that is not worth a stundie nomination, what is.

I hope that you will both support the nomination (well-deserved, I believe) or at least give it your votes if it makes the nomination cut.

thanking you in advance.

Number 9! We want number 9! The Wise Person Fallacy!

I must say that I did find the presentation of string instrument evolution in 4 fascinating.

For the record, the whole "Voilà"/"Viola" switcheroo is an old joke. For example, Pearl used it on MST3K 10+ years ago. It's entirely possible it was used for humorous effect in this instance, though in light of the rest of the post in question I have my doubts.

They're all incredibly stupid, but the "gravity is an idea with a large pull to it" -- meant seriously by the original poster -- is a winner due to pith.

Jesus, Travis, you realise you're in danger of melting down the whole internet by bringing so much concentrated idiocy together in a single post?

You know the old claim that a million monkeys banging on a million typewriters will eventually produce Hamlet?

Well, the internet has prove that that's not true.

10, 14 and 20 for me
20 is full loony land
14 , geometry fail and anti-Semitism in one
but my fav is 10 .
Wow....., just wow. Reminds me of the urban myth of some in the States thinking USA is an Island as they never showed mexico or canada attached on the weather maps

I'm still wondering what map the guy from #10 was using when he decided New Zealand was west of Australia.

They have maps down there that are "upside down" to the generally accepted northern hemisphere convention: With the south pole on top of the page. If he got one of these without realizing it... Or no wait, he talked about Google Maps? Then... hmmm maybe maps.google.nz maps.google.au have it south side up?
