I'm curious is it those words, or the combination of those words. Teens is a bit nebulous. Teens could mean 18 and 19. School could mean college. But the two together makes it more understandable that they're talking underage.Aha. I think I found the original title was "Young Tight Teens: Back to School." So the content is fine, settings, costumes, scenes and all, but you can't say 'teen' or 'school' in the title apparantly.
I feel so enlightened.
I spat out my cornflakes on that one.Makes me wonder who ****** in their cornflakes.
My view is that they can't possibly be talking underage. Teens must mean 18 and 19, and school must be some sort of undergrad finishing school for sexy college freshers.I'm curious is it those words, or the combination of those words. Good point. The only pornography I'm aware of that is out there on commercial web sites is legal. I know that porn producers are paranoid about not having underage actors. And they take every reasonable precaution they can at ensuring and documenting the age of their actors. Including requiring legal documents that verify ages. They will copy the documents and put the actors on video showing their IDs. You can look for underage pornography out there. But your chances at finding it are small. My view is that they can't possibly be talking underage. They can't be talking about the other thing, because that would be illegal.
That's explicitly what it means on porn sites. As I documented upthread, any mention of the word "teen" on a porn site is appended with "18+".Teens is a bit nebulous. Teens could mean 18 and 19.
And here's the thing. As much as they might look underage to adults, they don't look underage to those that are underage. They are just more cognizant of year to year changes at that time of their life. That's explicitly what it means on porn sites. As I documented upthread, any mention of the word "teen" on a porn site is appended with "18+".
Except that they don't.As much as they might look underage to adults...
Are you denying that the UK has made such porn (actors that appear to be under 18) illegal? See #4.289 - the relevant section being:Here's the thing. There are physical changes that a person's body undergoes as they reach sexual maturity. You can tell a sexually immature body from a sexually mature body. These changes generally happen before a person's 18th birthday. There is no way a person over 18 could be mistaken for a sexually immature person when they take their clothes off, as they inevitably do in porn.
You could argue that they are sexually mature, but still under 18, but I remind you that's already extremely illegal and you will go to jail for a very long time for it.
When you watch "barely legal" porn you are looking at sexually mature bodies. You can say that it is creepy for 40 year old men to watch 18 year olds performing sex acts, but what you can't say is that it is illegal.
I'm not saying anything whatsoever about the UK. I'm getting you back on track and sweeping away the irrelevancies. Are you denying that the UK
Back on track? Irrelevant? The OP asks about rape culture, which by definition includes sexual assault and abuse. The UK bans the material we have been discussing because it encourages and normalises sex offending with minors - so anyone defending its production and consumption is not only proving the OP, but is potentially a sex offender.I'm not saying anything whatsoever about the UK. I'm getting you back on track and sweeping away the irrelevancies.
Yes. Your entire thesis at this point hinges on the performers looking like they are under 18. They don't.Back on track? Irrelevant?
They do when they are deliberately chosen for looking young and are dressed, have props, speak and are placed in rooms associated with youth.Yes. Your entire thesis at this point hinges on the performers looking like they are under 18. They don't.
No, they don't. They have fully adult bodies. The only people who could think they were sexually immature are people who have no idea of the changes a body goes through when they reach sexual maturity. Props, costumes, and sets cannot change that. They do when they are deliberately chosen for looking young and are dressed, have props, speak and are placed in rooms associated with youth.
Consumers of said content are without bias? No such person is going to admit the uncomfortable truth. No, they don't. They have fully adult bodies.
