What are YOU doing to stop Trump?

As the title. This is an all hands on deck situation.

I personally have donated a small amount of money (unfortunately all I can afford) to the Democratic party. I plan on volunteering for the local Dems - most probably pushing voter registration, which my state makes easy. Unfortunately my state in pretty solidly blue. I would love to find some way to direct my efforts remotely to a swing state if anyone has any suggestions on how to go about that?

I think we need to target the low-information and non- or poorly-committal voters primarily. Not Trump partisans or the so-called "independents" necessarily but just the masses who lean in the right direction without a firm grasp of the stakes. If anyone even knows a good place on-line to reach large numbers of people for political discussion even that would help ME.

What are you all doing?

I'm not sure yet. I will definitely work to get people to vote. High turnout will help.
An interesting scenario will be if Trump again loses the popular vote (bigly) but somehow manages to steal the electoral count. That would make for a lot of very angry people, including myself.

Nothing.
I think Trump will win. Easily.
I think if it were today, Trump also gets the popular vote.
Never voted Trump but I might do it this year. <-------pay attention...I'm not the only one.

I happen to be a very high IQ, highly educated, and high information voter.
My suggestion would be to tell Democrats to come into reality about Biden...fast.. and switch him out no matter the cost if they want any chance to win in November.

I can't do anything other than to urge Democrats to get out and vote.

To vote for President Trump, and all that involves in terms of the planned dismantling of US democracy, seems a bizarre step for a high IQ, high information voter

Going to vote against him, but that's it. Don't like him, but don't think it's the end of democracy if he wins, either. Mostly want him off the stage and ironically that might be best accomplished if he wins in 2024.

Of course the Democrats are doing their level best to prevent me from voting for their candidate, as they did in 2016 and 2020 (voted Gary Johnson and abstained). Biden? After the debate last week I'd be voting for the people who told us he was fine, running circles around aides 50 years his junior.

Oxymoronic.

Ya, if you're calling yourself "high IQ", you're telling us something you didn't mean to. Especially if you are telling me Mr "Trade Wars Are Good and Easy", "Very Fine People On Both Sides", "Climate Change is a Hoax by China", "Kim Jung Un an dI fell in Love", "I'll be a dictator jsut for one day","Babble Babble Babble sharks/nukes/golf", "Drink Bleach to Cure COVID" is somehow better now than in 2016. You aren't very high information. You're just high.

I'll do what I usually do. Focus on down ballot races in competitive discricts for some donations and maybe phone banking. And complain about the Democratic candidate. Not on the phone, of course.

This thread/topic is long overdue and probably too late.
I can't do much, since I'm not a US citizen.

I'm in close consultation with the DOJ and Secret Service about what I can and can not do to stop Trump.

Nothing, as an Irish citizen, I can't directly influence the election and the majority of Americans I know are staunch Democrats. The rest are unreachable either because they're 1%ers or stupid enough to think they will be.

My favorite kind of Trump voter is the Trump voter who denies they are a Trump voter but is considering becoming a Trump voter because the Democrats made them be a Trump voter. It's always a very convincing narrative.

Nothing and as a Scot living in Scotland I couldn't care less. I'll ******* wet myself if he gets in though :D

How does that work? I guarantee you, his first executive action if he wins will be to have large statues of him built for every street corner in the country

Even conservatives who claim to be anti-Trump still feel compelled to downplay the danger he poses.
