zen

Yes, when you sit and stare at a wall you really learn about yourself, without any decoration. I think this is the highest meditation that man has invented. This kind is not used only in zen, but also yoga, tybetan meditation... Where else?

True Buddga is standing in front of me now.

You help others after you are enlightened. First you help yourself by understanding yourself because by understanding yourself you understand others better and hence you can really help them.

No, the highest form of meditation is when one finds smooth wave lift and drifts along, disconnected from the world, at 18000 feet and 80 mph, no sound but the wind over your wings, your regular breathing emphasized by puffs of oxygen from the regulator.

What is true Buddha?
The icing on the cake looks shiny if you look at it from the right angle.

hell - at the table people wanting to eat but everybody has too long a spoon to reach his/her mouth. All remain hungry.

heaven - at the table a similar situation with long spoons but this time nobody is hungry as one feeds another, helping each other.

You demonstrate your ignorance of zen with every post. Stop it.

The enlightened realize that they don't have to hold the spoon by the very end of the handle, and so can feed themselves or others as they choose, and never even need to ask whether they are in hell or heaven.

What is true Buddha?
Row, row, row your boat gently down the stream. Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily. Life is but a dream.

Doesn't that mean you should kill him? Or does that only apply if you are on the road when you see him?

Yes, I must kill this moment for another to come. This moment-I kill you! Another moment-welcome :)
