zen

You just cleaned your house yesterday and already the mirrors are dusty. Some surfaces seem to naturally attract more dust and, often, your mirror becomes dusty due to the products and supplies you use to clean it. While there's no foolproof way to keep dust from returning to your mirror, you can keep it at bay a little longer with supplies found in your home.

My mind is dirty. Which products and supplies to use to clean it?

Possibly by intense application by what is known on the Internet as a clue-by-fourWP?

Why would you feel the need to clean it? It is what it is. Continue with right action through acceptance and stay in the moment.

What is True Buddha?
The wind howls through the pines. The winnebagos remain unshaken.

Zen is understanding yourself and help others.
I looked at the white wall for 2h last morning 7.50am-9.50am. Can anyone beat my record of remaining with what is, that is what is in your brain cells?
I am going to break the record tomorrow and sit for 2,5h.

Why the **** would anyone sane want to do such a stupidly unproductive thing? What's the goal? To sit with you brain turned off until you starve to death?

Get help man. There is a real World out there with interesting and amusing people and things.

Are you also going to try watching grass grow?

Why would you look at a wall for 2 hours? What did you achieve? Did the wall change colour?

I've seen people looking at walls for two hours, but that was back in the Sixties. It didn't lead to anything.

We are dealing with ourselves. You can really help yourself. And actually only you can help yourself.

What is True Buddha?
When you open your eyes, you cannot see. When you open your ears, you cannot hear.

I am rubber. You are glue. Everything you says bounces on me and sticks to you.

Yes, when you sit and stare at a wall you really learn about yourself, without any decoration. I think this is the highest meditation that man has invented. This kind is not used only in zen, but also yoga, tybetan meditation... Where else?

True Buddga is standing in front of me now.

You help others after you are enlightened. First you help yourself by understanding yourself because by understanding yourself you understand others better and hence you can really help them.
