Can anyone recommend good Windows DVR software for capturing from an ATI Wonder card?

This is what I use

Have you tried MediaPortal? It's open source, and very, very good.

Just ensure your capture card is supported.

ETA -
I have been using Intervideo WinDVR and that worked well with my capture card running on a Philips SA7134 chip. Using MediaPortal now because it so slick.

WinDVR also worked well, except capturing video from the composite input used to drop frames if the source were NTSC (capturing to PAL) Otherwise it was great. Never captured video with MediaPortal yet.

Capture NTSC to NTSC and convert to PAL later. Saves worrying and lost frames. Voice of experience. :)

:D
I use Cinelerra. It works with any capture card supported under Linux.

This means you would need X.org>7.0 or GATOS.
