The affadavit says on page 27 that the 90,000 dollars was wrapped in 10,000 dollar increments in tin foil.

Am I the only one who thinks it was wrapped in tin foil to prevent authorities from magically detecting the little metal strip in them? Besides, everyone knows that plastic wrap will keep money much fresher.
